Store is clean and well stocked. The reason I’m not giving this place 5 stars is because the drive through line is SLOW. All pharmacy drive throughs are slow, everyone knows that. This particular pharmacy drive through takes the cake. It’s seems that some people drive up to the window, hand them a script to get filled, and the pharmacy lets the vehicle sit there for 15 minutes while they fill the script.The pharmacy is great by the way. I just avoid the drive through and go inside now.Pharmacy Staff: Tell people that drop off a paper script at the window to drive around and get back in the line. Everybody that calls or uses the app for refills gets stuck behind people like that. Don’t inconvenience 5 cars in drive through because you’re afraid to inconvenience 1 car.

I cannot thank Travis who works in the pharmacy enough for his help. He went above & beyond for us. I was having trouble with my insurance card , he was helpful while there were a line of people waiting. He didn’t try to rush me away, he took his time to try and get it sorted out! 50-50 on the customer service from the pharmacy department. The assistance from the older associate at the drive through was clearly an issue for her. there was no hi no hello she just picked up the phone and stood there waiting for me to tell her what I was there for. There was no welcome reception, absolutely no dialogue. I have never encountered a condescension quite like I did with this associate, who didn't even take the time to read the prescription before throwing my ID and the script into the red bin and telling me that they're all out. It was obviously a problem for her to help me because she didn't even take the time of day to read it which clearly stated it was a different prescription than the one she had automatically assumed they were out of. I wouldn't have had such an issue with it had they actually been out of the prescription I presented. But they were not. Her customer service priority was making me aware that she really did not want to help me it's disgraceful.

This pharmacy is by far the worst in Prairieville. Not only is the drive thru extremely slow, my prescription is never ready when I arrive. But today, the customer service was appalling. I’d strongly urge anyone considering this place as your local pharmacy, to look elsewhere.

The location of this store is great but the drive thru is so slow!!!! This morning after my husbands surgery I went to pickup a prescription for pain meds and was told to come back three hours later. He needed the mdication asap. When I made it back the drive thru was backed up and the prescription still was not ready. After expressing my dissatisfaction they got it ready within minutes. This experience was unbelievable!!

I really hate to say this, but this has to be the worst Walgreens Pharmacy I have ever been to. The store itself is nice and clean. The staff is also friendly, including pharmacy staff. However, the mismanagement of the pharmacy is ridiculous. The line is constantly overflowing with cars and people inside. Be prepared to wait in line at least 30 minutes.I understand that perhaps this Walgreens may be busier than others in the area, however there are plenty of other sites with low staff and tons of customers who seem to handle the load much better.

This is ridiculous that they close the pharmacy for 30 minutes and everyone go to lunch one person should be there to receive scripts. Also drive through close so you have to stand in the line to drop off scrip dentist office tried to call in no one answered tried another location waited 10 minutes then hung up phone. Not to mention listening to people coughing and some without mask. You all need to do better.

In light of the negative reviews for this location, I'm pleased to say that I have had all positive experiences with this pharmacy staff over the last several months. Today, when I called and spoke to the pharmacist after leaving the urgent care clinic, I asked if they could help me out at all by expediting my prescription. The person I spoke with was exceptionally friendly, and had my order ready at the pickup window within 15 minutes of calling. All the ladies I dealt with in the pharmacy drive-thru were friendly and compassionate, taking the time to wish me well, despite the fact that I was clearly in a grump. I was able to quickly return to work. It's extremely rare, in my experience, that I've seen this level of care from any pharmacy or drugstore, or anyone in the healthcare service industry in general. Maybe it was just one good experience, but I was impressed.

As a retail manager of almost 20 years I can say that next to almost any McDonald's this place has the sorriest excuse for customer service I have ever seen. It's like they strive to be stupid. Management is a joke. Pharmacists have no clue what's going on. I'm a crohns patient and my meds are extremely important. Never get meds filled on time. This has only been in the last year. Something happened/changed. It wasn't always this way. But,after today,never again. Definitely going elsewhere. Even my doctors have asked me to change pharmacies. That's when you know there's a problem. And the app is a joke.

Lazy pharmacy. Went to pick up butt paste with my 2 year old who was sick. Used the pharmacy drive-through. Every other walgreens I've ever been to was happy to help, this one told me to "order it online, wait for it to go through, and THEN we can use the drive through."The dumbest thing ever. Could've been done in 2 minutes but they don't want to take the 60 seconds it would take to walk and grab it.Zero customer service. I can see why this walgreens has 2-stars overall.

Literally the worst. Been waiting over 24hrs for my 3yr Olds prescription antibiotics to be filled. He has pneumonia. Called several times & can't get through. Had to have prescription transferred somewhere else. If you work there, please rethink your profession. People's lives depend on you. Try fast food or something.

Had the same experience as everyone else. Only went here once. The pharmacist tech did not explain anything hung up the phone while I was talking to her twice. Forced the pharmacist (who was actually nice) to explained the end result to me when I would not leave. I would not go back if I had a choice.

Seriously, it's like they have to go to Pfizer and get the meds themselves. Incredibly slow fill times, then when you go to pick up, incredibly slow lines. Waiting 2 to 3 days for a fill is pretty standard, if You're lucky enough for them to fill it right at all. Tried to get an inhaler mask for my 3yr old, got home and it was a tube inhaler for an older kid.

We have our prescriptions here for some time but since last year we start having trouble everytime specially when a blond short Girl is there i dont thinks she is doing a good job and/ or she doesn't know how to work in the pharmacy. But we are changing pharmacies thanks to that. The other ladies and the pharmacists are pretty nice and professional. The store looks clean, if you are buying other stuffs than medication is good but for meds u better change pharmacy. The a short blond pharmacist is very rude and disrespectful that keeps making me changes pharmacies.

Absolutely terrible service in the pharmacy isle. I had asked for some medication for an emergency and the lady didn't even bother to help me. She had an attitude the entire time as if I was an idiot. How the hell am I supposed to get medication that is behind the counter. I recommend that no one ever goes to this pharmacy ever again. If you do as a last resort scenario I recommend recording the whole process of the transaction and uploading it so that everyone in the area knows how bad it is or it will force Walgreens to improve their customer service which I doubt will happen.

Worst pharmacy staff I have ever come across. They ignore people in line and would rather keep chatting and fighting with each other. Or even better, they will ignore the 20 people in line and rather start cleaning for 15 mins. And god behold if you ever have to call in, you are out of luck. My shortest wait time on phone has been 35 mins. And don't believe a thing they say about having ordered enough special order prescription for your next refill, always call 10 days before to make sure these clowns have placed your order.

Store and store manager are very nice. I quit using the pharmacy. It was really the worst pharmacy experience ever. The pharmacy techs were extremely unprofessional. There is one very nice lady pharmacist there. I know they were trying to make improvements to the pharmacy staff, but I will never give the pharmacy another chance.

This is the WORST walgreen's I have ever been to. The pharmacy staff was very rude. They shorted me five of my prescription pills, when I brought it to their attention the pharmacist basically said I was lying and their pill count is never off. I wouldn't lie about that, this is the second time this has happened to me at this location. I will not be returning. When asked could I get my original script back they threatened to call the police.

The pharmacy is slow, we’ve spent 45 minutes in line before, no joke, they have two lanes but only use one? I’m sure customers are to blame as well but there has to be a way to get these out faster, it doesn’t take long to give people some pills and send them on their way
