Ordered the new pulled pork sandwich and was given the pulled pork burger. Sent it back for what I had ordered and was finally given my pulled pork sandwich. Ridiculous!!! There couldn’t have been more than 2 tablespoons of meat and you could tell that they took the patty and cheese off! And had to argue about a refund for the price difference.

The food is horrible!!! This is the only Sonic I have ever ate at that has a funky taste to the burgers and chicken sandwich. The burgers are just gross. I can't tell if it's the condiments, bread, or patty that has a disgusting taste. I worked for Sonic in the late 90s and in 2000 and our food tasted pretty damn good considering it was fast food. We had a lady come in every morning to cut up and prepare FRESH onion rings, Also our service was a lot better hell we skated to our customers with a smile and if we didn't know how at least we tried.Tonight I tried a chicken sandwich and that funky taste was like the hamburgers. I literally had to come home and change that fried chicken sandwich into a BBQ sandwich without the original bun that had their mayo and lettuce bc the first bite was horrible.. the fries that came with it looked and tasted like they were fried 2 times so I didn't eat them. Honestly the only good thing I got was the 3 cherries out of my Cherry Dr. Pepper..Please for the love of good food Ferriday, LA Sonic Drive In go back to the old taste and better service!!!

Half the time their ice machine is broken or their ice cream machine is down or they close early blah blah blah... their staff is lazy and don't wanna do their jobs. And if you DO order there don't use the app because if you do they're liable to tell you that they don't have something and that they can't refund your money but they'll give you something else( you'll be getting less than you paid for) or you can literally wait 2 weeks to get a refund to your card.Parking: 75% of their stalls are broken

Great service, Foods best to be expected from a burger place. Order menus need to be repaired or out of order signs posted so you don't pull up to them just to have to back out and go to another one. It's inconvenient and could be labeled or repaired to avoid the inconvenience.

Order was wrong 3 times along with the soda being flat asked for a different flavor to replace it with and they brought back the same drinks they took away. By far the worst sonic in the nation. 😔😔 So disappointed should have went to KFC.

Ordered tater tots and a shake. The tater tots were more like tater jerky, hard and chewy. The shake was good.It's fast food. What do you expect?

My only complaint is that the workers park closest to the door, instead of in the bays that are out of order! So you end up w/twice as many unavailable bays...which is extremely frustrating. However, the service is always good and the car hops are very friendly and courteous.

I ordered 2 waters, a grilled chicken sandwich with fries, and a BLT with pickles. Well everything was good until I got the BLT out. The bacon was COMPLETELY RAW. I didn’t eat any of it because it was raw meat. Also the grilled chicken was a bit dry and I only got about 2 drops of ketchup. I was driving through and I ended up stopping at the sonic in Vidalia and ordered a BLT. Their bacon was fully cooked and delicious.

Ordered a #2 double meat patty burger and got a breakfast burrito. It was a take out order and I was too far down the road to go back. My dog was disappointed she didn't get her dinner. The burrito was good except for the peppers.

It's good if you're hungry. Don't expect Dairy Queen desserts. Other than that, the burgers are smashed looking, and the food overall is stale-like. but honestly I have to say that their All Natural Lemonade is the BEST.

Friendly employees, fresh food, hugh menu and to me have the best burgers there are and they get it to you fast. My son loves their Blackberry Iced Tea!! I love Sonic!!

Always have a good experience at this location. No matter if my order gets a little confused or wrong, now and then. They are always smiling. Clean environment. Mannered. And quick 75% of the time.

Found something in my sweet tea. They didn't even know what it was at the time. It was hard and could be crushed into powder. The district manager called and said it was from the local water built up in the dispensary. It wasn't sanitary and it looks like they dont clean it but once a week
