At 7 hours the range selector lever sheared a pin and would just flop back and fourth. My Dealer drove the 45 minutes loaded my tractor up replaced the part and Delivered it back to my House.. Did Not Charge Me a single Dime. At 50 hours my battery went out Interstate battery it had a sticker on it that said two year warranty. So I called and asked and he said he will make a few calls and see what he could do. I needed my tractor that day and I’m pretty hard headed didn’t think they would replace a battery that died of natural causes. So I went and bought a new one at the auto parts store. Well that afternoon when I got off the tractor and had a voicemail Mr Scadlock we have that new battery for you and we are sorry for the inconvenience. Dodson Equipment in Central Louisiana has been the Absolute best..

Needed a complete tune up and also had a drive belt needing replacement along with two pulleys that were worn out. Great turn around time wise on the work. Had a small issue when I got home and Craig came by and fixed it(That is service). Thanks for doing a great job.

I had driven my tow truck 86 miles from El Dorado Arkansas to pick up a vehicle that was broke down in Dodson. As I was loading the vehicle, the hydraulic pump that controls the rollback bed locked up and I was stuck and could not go anywhere. What could have been a very, very bad day turned out to be not so bad at all. A young man stopped to ask if he could help me and I told him what my problem was and he mentioned Dodson equipment. He said he was going to talk to Mr. Broomfield and told me that he thought that they might be able to help me. Within a few minutes Mr. Broomfield himself came to assess the situation. Within no time, he had two mechanics that came and knew exactly what to do and had me back on the road. They are the best! Very nice, very professional, southern hospitality! Hard to find in the world today. Thank God and thank you guys for saving the day!
