I have used Ponga's several times and have been pleased every time. Very professional and pricing is very fair. I had my female blue heeler fully groomed and, as always, she turned out gorgeous. Highly recommend!

I called Ponga's Pet Palace Saturday needing a last minute bath for my Siberian Husky dog "Lola" 🐾. The business owner, Erin, answered and took Lola in immediately and last minute as a new client. Erin runs a woman-led and woman owned business she started 17 years ago. The store is smaller but accessible as Erin manages her business from a walker so accessibilty is another feature besides being a female owned business with a three city access point conveniently placed on the ever growing Highway 59 route. Lola was finished in less than 3 hours, considering her coat that's impressive timing. I believe Erin is under priced for her services but I get the sense this is due to her being a local keeping her clients in mind during the ever changing times of the economy. I would highly recommend this establishment for Cat & Dog grooming. If your pup isn't cat friendly, you may want to mention this to Erin while scheduling. Erin has her own cool & chill pets: cats and a 14 year old dog that hang out with her in the lobby. Lola did great. She left happy and clean with no after awkward behaviors. Once again, we had another great experience at Ponga's. I boarded my dog for a week. Although he was happy to see me when I picked him up, he wanted to stay there.Ponga's gives pets the absolute best care possible. The place is always neat and clean; it doesn't smell like most animal places smell; everyone is welcoming, friendly, knowledgable, professional, and they give strict attention to detail. Ponga's is a locally owned family business where the owners are almost always present providing personalized service for each furry customer and their owners. The groomer is very personable and loving with all of our dogs every visit. They get super excited every time they go for their baths and grooming.

The wonderful people at this place helped me with caring for my dearly. Departed Chihuahua, Toby, who died after 18 1/2 wonderful years together. His longevity is due in Large measure to the care He received at Pongas. I always felt comfortable leaving him there, including during my frequent overseas travels. I added them to my Will.

My only regret was not finding out about Ponga’s until the last few years of my Little Rio’s life. They are truly amazing and give special attention to everyone’s pet. Knowing Rio was at Ponga’s while we were on vacation made life so much easier for me. I no longer have pets but always recommend Ponga’s to anyone looking for daycare or boarding.
