The clerk working was only one in store, rude to say the least. Did not use the overhead speaker to kindly remind customers that it was "9:45pm & that DG would be closing in 15 minutes at 10pm."Instead 9:45pm she yelled from front of isle where she was, I was at the very back of the store....Said "WE'RE CLOSED NOW"UM the business hours say open til 10PM....SHE did not walk to the back of the isle I was on..she shouted loudly "WE'RE CLOSED" no courtesy to come down the isle & kindly tell me...she stayed at beginning of isle & shouted down to me in the back...Then I go to check out...counter space is probably 36 inches or shorter....but she came around from behind her register with the pexi glass in place for Covid restrictions....and did not even ask if she could help me take items out my basket to put on counter....I wonder how she would of fit my full basket of items on such a short counter?SHE also was not 6 feet away from me, as Covid-19 rules state...she was maybe 2 feet & wanting to put my items on the counter...& never said excuse me, do you mind if I help?So, I politely said excuse me...First it's 9:45 & you close at 10PM....not polite to yell at customers...Second thing, you are not 6 feet away from me as Covid rules direct.....you are out from the pexi glass put up in front of check up...I like to handle my own items out of the basket....then my hubby in a neck brace post surgery-not to lift anything heavier than a 1/2 gallon of milk....she was handing him across the counter for him to put in basket....I said excuse me he has a neck brace on, only 3 weeks post op.....Oh what a nightmare.....

Dollar general is across the board a five star business. What other company can say that they've gone into every single small town in this country and bankrupted that very towns local grocery store? Cuz we all know we can find produce at Dollar general, and other healthy alternatives to trash they feed down your throat through processed foods. We should be thankful of corporations like Dollar general that our government allows to run rampant and further displacing the middle class. Got to take care of the shareholders

Found everything That I needed. Just hot inside. AC was not working. Its been a problem with them often. Thats the only thing that I see that needs attention.
