Would not recommend shopping at this Walmart!! The workers are rude, especially one lady with a septum and her stomach always hanging out her shirt (best I can describe her) and the security is super obvious. They’re supposed to look like normal shoppers but the 2 that I know of are rude and think anyone and everyone is stealing. The shelves are normally stacked and organized terribly. Do not shop here!!

It's always a hassle using their money uploading service. Either they aren't there when it's time for the service to be open or they have no intention to exhibit any kind of friendly customer service. They always ask three different times what do I want to do and how much do I want to put on the card. I understand them wanting to be sure but this is a case of not paying attention in the first place as in they are usually talking to someone else in the process of the business I'm trying to conduct. The last time I went there were four people all chit chatting behind the counter, no one asked me could they help me and when I finally was able to finish the transaction the worker handed the receipt to me while she had her back to me talking to the other workers, without saying a word to me such as thank you or have a nice day or anything at all. It is always a disappointing experience and I have decided to no longer do business at this establishment.

There was an issue with an item from my pickup order and the manager in charge did a fantastic job resolving it. Also, the employees are always super nice when they bring orders out.

Pharmacy slow as snails. You have your shoppers with their carts blocking isles and they don't care if you're trying to shop or not. Only saving grace of getting a 1 star is you can't give anything lower. That and customer service was great today.

While this location is closest to my home, I don't often use the Walmart+ app for my grocery deliveries here b/c they often don't have the items the Supercenter carries. If i crave jumbo unsalted in-shell peanuts, I have to get that from the N. Mall location by the movie theater b/c other Alexandria stores don't carry it. Because I've been unable to physically do my own grocery shopping for 5 years now, I'd like to know where I pull-in to pick up groceries at this location if I so chose that option. I see a front main entrance and a drive-thru side option that doesn't mention anything about grocery.

This store needs to update what products they have in stock and how many. I sent my daughter for supplies for my 4 month old infant grandbaby with RSV. I checked the app for this particular store to make sure the items were in stock, but when my daughter got there they did not have 2 different products that were supposed to be in stock. I checked to make sure this store had the items before she went so it could be a quick trip to get the items back to my grandbaby. I am very disappointed and extremely aggravated. This is ridiculous and extremely inconvenient.

Really enjoy having a small Walmart nearby that’s only 5 minutes away. The store is easy to navigate where getting to the milk isle is not only a straight shot from the front doors but fast. I like that it has smaller buggies for those who are light shoppers and for the aged. The main problems I have witnessed is not having enough of the smaller buggies and parking is becoming difficult to find; the growing number of local patrons are outgrowing the parking spaces. 812 Belleau Wood Blvd., Alexandria, LA

Moldy beef jerky, I found this on the sales floor today. I also will never buy liquor here again. It’s so hard to find a sale associate to open the case. I once waited for an hour and was sitting on the floor. The employees kept telling me someone was coming.

Convenient. There are certain Great Value items that I always purchase. The Great Value ice cream is very good. The price on Great Value half & half is very good. The Great Value sour dough bread makes very good cinnamon toast.Friendly staff. Great Value ham lunch meat is very good.

Look if I want to wear just my Italian made leather adult diaper cowboy ensemble with mismatched socks? They are cool witt that. And if that includes my girlfriend harness d like a horse while I ride in the grocery basket. Pulling me around the store while I yell at her in Tuscan hillbilly Italian, not one person objected to her wearing pasties and her shorts were two catchers mitts sewn together. THEY ARE CHILL BRO!!!!

I highly recommend no one use this pharmacy. The pharmacist & tech(s) are not educated enough to perform a simple task of submitting insurance for prescriptions, which I would think should be an easy task for them. After 2 trips (one of which lasted an 1hr and 20 min) and 5 phone calls, I had my prescription transferred to another pharmacy…where the matter was resolved in a matter of minutes. They really need to revamp their practice and put their employees through some extensive training.

This Walmart pharmacy is genuinely bad. They do not get patients their meds ESPECIALLY ones that cause withdrawal symptoms. Doctors have personally told me to switch because of how frequent this happens to their patients. The pharmacy is a failure of a medical service. Please do not use their pharmacy because they will not take care of you.

It was nice! Clean. People there are somewhat more friendly than at the super center. However, I couldn't find a few things I needed. Their seafood selection is minimal & their checkout lanes are too narrow.

This Walmart has everything pretty much stock, store is clean, everytime I went in it was not crowded. Needed help looking for something and but I also needed help looking for somebody to help me. I got a cake and asked the person behind bakery counter if she could write happy birthday on it and she tells me they don't do anything that which sucked.

Of the Wal-Mart's in town this one is my favorite one, they are smaller so can't carry everything I need but they have a great selection on grocery and other items.The staff has always been so friendly,that is what sets it apart from the others in town cashiers are just VERY pleasant as well as speedy on check out. Produce selection is well laid out and kept nice, fresh most times I have decided to grab something in that area.Store is always clean inside and out,bathrooms to me are kept exceptionally well even b4 covid stuff . Well done Management!

I’ve gone so far as emailing corporate headquarters to brag on this little store. It’s clearly well managed. The employees are genuinely happy and nice. The products are typically in stock and well organized. They even have little sampler stations where I’ve had cheese, brownies and smoked ham before.It’s really a pleasure doing business here opposed to the Walmart not even 2 miles away.

Always clean and well stocked with fresh items. I enjoy coming here during lunch for salads and stuff. Wish they had more of a deli food selection for plate lunches like other Wal-Marts but everything else is still nice.

I am hooked to this neighborhood wal mart. Most of the people here are very courteous and helpful. The store is always clean and very organized. The only small problem is the parking lot. There is one way in and one way out and the parking lot sometimes get very congested with traffic and cars, but otherwise this is the place I will always go for convenience and good service.

This place is just simply outstanding!! The staff is great and friendly. If there was anything I couldnt find, they'll do everything possible to get it for me. Extra thanks to the manager named Lester. He went above and beyond to make sure my shopping experience was very enjoyable. I would recommend this store to anyone and everyone. Better than Kroger's, super 1 and any other grocery store. Didn't even have to search for a buggee. This store is definitely a grocery shoppers paradise

It was clean, and you could tell that that took some pride in their store. I almost found everything I needed. The only unfortunate thing was that there was a long line to check out. They also had really nice bathrooms! Other than that it was pretty great.

Very chaotic. No cashiers to check you out. The one cashier who you could tell was young and new was totally overwhelmed d/t srlf check out customers coming to her for help while mgmt was at the service desk talking and not assisting customers or the one lone cashier. It's sad that you go to a store to spend your money and still have to check yourself out. Most customers are coming straight from work tired and trying to get home to feed their families, not check your own groceries out. A billion dollar company but makes their customers check themselves out!!! It's just plain ridiculous. Will be going to other grocery stores from now own.

I like this grocery store. It's fairly new, is always clean, and has relatively fresh items. It's not quite as nice (or as large) as the Alexandria Krogers, but it's not a huge step down. And the prices are lower at the Neighborhood Market as well.I've probably been here 50 times or so, and have only had one bad customer service experience (rude employee at the deli counter). I count that as pretty solid customer service overall.
