Took for ever and a day to fill an online order and wanted to argue about check in time . Last time I’ll be using them or going to use the online ordering . Also they have become Receipt Nazis since they spent a fortune on self check out machines … not my fault you don’t wanna pay employees a living wage and rely on tax payers to subsidize their incomes . …. You all aren’t what you were in the early days . I actually feel sorry for you. Your greed will eventually catch up

Greed ... pure and simple anymore.Pedigree 12 dog food was $9.99 and within 6 months it has went to $22.00 !!Every other day it went up $2 to $4 until it got to there... shame on Walmart for this and thousands more products.

I know it's hard to find good help, but Walmart was working one lady to death by having her as the only person trying to bring out and load groceries. Customers had faced delays in pick up times and some had been there for long waits to get their items. No complaints to the employee doing all she could in a bad situation, my complaint is toward the management and those who seem to think this type of situation is ok. Walmart, you need to treat your employees better than this.

Currently having a large number of items on clearance most of the clearance items located near the pet/shoe section. Finally getting more dry cat food brands and sizes in. Unfortunately was still out of the kind I was looking for. Wish they would keep more of the smaller bag sizes of cat food in stock versus the super large sizes. Majority of people have one or two cats. Multi cat homes such as mine (more than 3 cats) prefer fresher food which translates to purchasing smaller bags.

Do not do pickup here! I checked in on app but evidently it didn't go through. My husband had already set there for an hour. I called and they said it would be another 45-50 minutes. I don't understand if they don't have enough employees then why not let the customer go inside to pickup? Ridiculous!

I am a Walmart+ member, for the passed 3-4 months I have went through h*ll to get my orders delivered on time. I am disabled and home delivery has cut down on a lot of extreme pain. I placed an order on Jan. 5 2024. I received a note telling me, my order had been delayed. They ask me to reschedule which I did for the last time shown which was 9p that evening. I never received my order. The next day I placed another order to be delivered at 1p. I received another notice that my order was delayed. I called the store, I heard a lady in the back ask the man on the phone with me, how many items were in the order. I was then told there was nothing they could do because they didn't have any delivery drivers. I called the 800 number and that man cancelled everything that had not been delivered. I received all of my money. The Winchester store sucks and they don't care.

Shopping inside is usually not a "great" experience, but it's serviceable. I've continually had awful experiences with the online order pickup. They are incompetent. There is no nicer way to say it. They are poorly managed and it is absolutely awful. It is the worst service experience I have ever had at a retail store.

We left $500 in groceries and decided this was definitely our last trip to a Walmart. Stood in the only lane for 35 minutes until the cheese in our cart was warm. Never again! We took our money to Aldi and it's way cheaper and lanes are all open!!!

I don’t know who the manager is over what appears to be the electronics department but this chick needs to find a new career! I’ve been there twice and both times she’s been standing around gossiping with other employees and customers. She stands around and refuses to help customers who are waiting. Tonight made TWICE on two different occasions where I’ve observed her doing this. Tonight she decided to stand around and play on her phone.

Ive been waiting for someone for over 20 minutes too check on a ring to have to find somebody again and then be told she has to get someone else not to mention i waited four weeks for them to send it off and then have them lie and tell me they did when they didn't this place has the worst customer service I've ever experienced and i went to apple bee's before

Constantly finding out of date meat and food, the carts are horrible and the store regularly smells like a public restroom, mostly at the entrance (which is perpetually broken). The management here is basically useless, and the self-checkouts are mostly just a bunch of people walking around and playing in their cellphones while ignoring customers completely. This is a Ghettomart with a Walmart sign.

Easy in! Not so much after you're in!!Can't find anyone for assistance in any dept and when you do find someone, they're on their phones!! And then they act like you are a nuisance!!And then when you go to check out...psst good luck with that!! Maybe 1 register with a living, breathing cashier and the rest are the check yourself out lanes!! And most of those will be blocked off due to not enough workers!!It's just a headache anymore shopping at Walmart!!! Sorry!!!

It's Walmart what More can be said although really think they should have more self checkouts that do take cash and really think it's stupid that after 9 or 10 at night they no longer take cash for your purchases.

Lots of handicapped parking and one riding cart when I got there. Good visit. Luckily, I didn't need to go down every aisle because they are moving stuff around and some of the aisles are temporarily very narrow. I got in and out in about 10 minutes.

Everyone's usually so nice but an employee nearly hit my 88 year old mamaw with a large cart. They didn't make any effort to slow down , when she could have stumbled backwards into the path. Nothing bad happened , but it could have. I just want workers to be safer around the elderly.

Did a pickup for a bottle of betadine. Bottle had been dropped and leaked in the bag so I had to purchase another bottle at CVS. That's where I should have gone in the beginning
