The owner is amazing. I have 3 dogs i taken to them for year. 2 o them are 18 years old. One of them likes no one lol. She is the dog whisper my dogs just loves her. Anyone else sadie would try to bite but not the owner she talks to them and cares for them like babies just like me and my wife would. Our dogs are our kids and they love the animals and takes care. We also have had issues with one of them ears and they recommend what to do and we got the medicine and it fixed her right up. Had another that developed a allergy to a food they recommend food we switched and it fixed her too. They are not a vet but will recommend if you ask and its worked. We love this business me and my dogs.

My nephew told me to go to her as I was looking for a good groomer. She stated I cant tell you a price until I see him. Which I understand so I drove over 45 minutes so she can look at him. She quoted me a price of $50.00. So when I take him to his appointment she advised me it would be $55.00. Yes I questioned this and she said I told you $55.00 you probably did not here me correct because of the dogs barking. When I picked him up she was telling me I did not pull the hair in his ears because I'm not a vet(really all groomers do this. I was checking his nails and she advised me she cut them(she did not touch his freaking nails as they are still very long and curled under. She told me I would need to take him to my vets to have his nails and ears groomed once a month since he is a puppy. I have owned dogs all my life and have never had to do this. When I walk in my dog is running loose and she advised me he ate some of my dogs foods but he will be OK. OMG my dog has a very sensitive stomach and I was livid. She pulled out her phone and showed me a picture of the dog food and told me he would be fine. Really make up your mind since your not a vet how do you know how this would affect my puppy.

I am so blessed to know Angel for many reasons! First I fostered two groups of kittens that she rescued and out of that fostering I adopted the love of my life!! Angel also trims my cats nails and is a wellspring of information about their care!! I am always amazed by the relationship she has with not only her clients (four legged) but all the work she does in the rescue community!! What a champion for animals! Angel has always treated my furbabies like her own!! K9 prices are more than fair and and the service is excellent!!!!

I took my golden doodle in today, after reading all the reviews I was scared. But she has done my parents dogs forever. So I took him in, let me see he was a mess!!! And today seeing him after he got groomed. She definitely did an amazing job! I found my forever groomer for my doodle. Highly recommend!!!!

I take both of my Maltese to her. Fantastic job and I stayed and observed she really is amazing with animals. She stopped grooming my dog to clip other clients nails as they came in and still had my dogs groomed in a timely manner. And I was so impressed by how fast and efficient she is at multitasking and still manages to keep the quality of her work. Amazing!!

Angel always does a great job on our dog. Always bathed, groomed, and nails done. If you ever have a problem with how your dog is done instead of writing a little review talk to her and let her know she’s very understanding or maybe say exactly what you want in the beginning. She’s been doing our dog for years and never once have I complained. Everyone I’ve told to go there for their pet has had nothing but good reviews for her! Always happy to go here.

Took him to Angel because she was recommended by my aunt who also has shitzus. The first groom was alright, stray hairs and no nail trim but we didn’t know what to expect for 35$ and he’s squirmy, needless to say we took him to his second groom with her was TERRIBLE she was rushed, left him with her for 2 hours (which was normal) but all she did was bathe him and barely cut his paw hair. After we told her about the disappointing groom, she suggested we bring him back and within 15 minutes she shaved him (which we aren’t a fan of but took what we could get) and still did not cut his nails. She got short tempered with my husband when he brought him back in and we sat out in the car to wait while she cut him. We went in when we saw she was done and she said, and I quote, “there he looks better” closed her gate and didn’t apologize or try to ask our opinion but started vacuuming, so I picked my dog up and left. I will not be back, highly disappointed in her. Super unprofessional and inappropriate. When you have a dog for 2 hours, you should be able to do everything you did to him in 15 mins and make it better. Do not recommend, I am more willing to pay 75$ for the groomer we used to go to and have it done right the first time!

I have been going to custom k9 clips for about six years and angel is a wonderful groomer and excellent with my dogs I will always go to her for anything for my dog she very knowledgeable about her stuff she does and does an hell of a great job on all the services she provides for my dog I will always talk highly of this place cuz she is most kind and caring person to humans and dogs she don’t put my dog in a cage for hours on in she makes sure that they are safe and well provided for while in her care

We have been taking our babies to Angel for about 9 years and never had a problem. Once those pups walk through the door Angel treats them as if they were her own. She has so much patience. I have been there when she had pups that were afraid and then those that try to bite. She talks to them and eventually with patience she get them trimmed. I wouldn't think of taking my 3 fur babies anywhere else. She is the best!!!!

I absolutely love Angel & her work ! She is a true doggy/cat wisperer! My dog has some anxiety issues after a traumatic boarding experience & I could not find anyone who could even trim her nails - even our vet nurses had problems .I took her to Angel almost a year ago .. my girl was terrified! Angel turned that around in a matter of minutes & worked with her without an issue ! She also put my mind at ease💕Since then she has been my go to person for everything .. even questions . She NEVER forgets ANGTHING about her “kids” that is how she refers to her animal clients ... I promise that is the truth !!!Her grooming work is outstanding as she grooms many dogs that I know in our area ...I’m truly grateful that my doggy is one of her kids !!She is honest, trustworthy & fair as well as she gives back to our community .. what more could you ask for !!

I have took my 2 dogs here several times and have always been very pleased with the results of their visit. what I like best about bringing my dogs to k9 custom clips is how well they are treated during their visit. my one dog is a nipper, but instead of getting aggressive or muzzling him she takes her time to work with my baby and calm him down instead of stressing him out more than he already is, like other groomers have in the past. would highly recommend this groomer.

Needed a dog sitter for a few hours while we went to The Ark Encounter. Worked out great, low prices, very friendly service and plenty of room to pull trailer in. She even talked with our vet because we forgot to bring vaccination records with us.

Terrible. Didn't cut hair evenly. Didn't listen to clear instructions. My cute Pomeranian now looks like a poorly shaven rat. She also didn't cut her du claw. She came home with dandruff. She didn't seem washed. Will not come back. Do not recommend at all.

I couldn't ask for a better goomer! Been using her for 5 years now! My aridale wants to chew most people up, bit she gives angel kisses. And her grooming is BEAUTIFUL! Seen someone trashing her, my guess is that person's having a bad day. You should have talked to Angel instead of putting it on here.
