Stopped through here on a road trip.. just to see what other goodwills in different states have. I personally didn’t find anything at this location. It was organized and the staff was nice but seemed over priced for a lot of … worn out clothes.

My First visit was today. Well Organized from what I seen but I got distracted in the first couple of rolls 🤣 I did find a two really cute tops!!! They have some cute items! I will be going back...but leaving the ole man at home next trip 😂😁

I love the goodwill they have clothes antiques books toys and shoes and plenty of more nice stuff the staff are wonderful nicest store in a small city of williamsburg ky.

I'm reporting an incident that happened at the Williamsburg, KY Goodwill. One of the cashier became rude with me after an earring fell out of one of the bags I was looking through. I accidentally put the earring in the wrong bag. I was trying to put it in the proper bag that it actually belonged in. She raised her voice at me in front of everybody there, which embarrassed me and then she said Quote, "YOU CAN'T DO THAT!" Then she told me not open the bags at all. This was after one of the other cashier that said it was ok to do so,because I was hesitant about looking in the bags in the first place. She could've been a lot nicer about it and explained the rules about the bags of jewelry in the case. I'm a long time customer of Goodwill, but am seriously thinking of not going back Williamsburg store again. I will not tolerate someone treating me as if I were a criminal.

The stuff is donated to them and they put such high prices on everything and when it's 50 percent off day it's certain color tags and then there's barely anything with that color tag they should be ashamed of themselves
