I check in to the truck service the people is not good never they talk to me no good They work in an uncivilized manner with all contempt for the customer. This is not the first time that I have been dealt with in this way. I do not know why and I have a number of drivers who say that this is a rule that will result in people fleeing from this place. On the basis of registration, but on a purely racial basis. Thank you

Just stopped by a few minutes ago. My son was in the bathroom when an employee came in ranting and angry. One bathroom had a feminine wrapper on the box and she started yelling about how she has to clean after grown fn women. Then another bathroom had toilet paper on the floor and then she was seriously over the edge. I got my son out of there quick because it seemed like she thought all of that was us and it wasn't. Yes it's frustrating I'm sure but acting like that isn't ok especially in front of young children.

(10/16/23) Great customer service from night manager Angie.Came into Waddy Love's location to shower. Finished showering and decided to use my drink credit so I grabbed a soft drink. Went to check out and frontend cashier claimed the system was showing no balance/drink credit. I showed her the Love's app it displayed me having one drink credit. Cashier told me "she didn't go by the app but by what her system says". So I paid for the drink out of pocket and proceeded to locate the manager.Angie was the night managers name and she was phenomenal! Angie showed me great customer service and respect as a professional driver. She took care of the mistake and even some. Thank you Angie!

This is what a clean showers reaction should be to hydrogen peroxide. Little if any foam. It still has some issues. Hair in the cracks, but that is at the back of the shower, and something I can accept in an imperfect world. As long as I believe that I can shower and leave as well as I was when I entered, I can work with that.This is the person that cleaned the shower. He deserves respect for taking the job seriously, and completely, and not taking my wellbeing for granted. Thank you.

I remember back in the day Loves would never let their showers get away with being so dirty. You could always count on Loves to have a clean shower not so much in the last year or so. Many of their locations have good down hill. I would imagine it’s only going to get worse since the old man died and left it to his kids to run

I’m leaving this review to informThat this place has been the worse of all repairs shop that I’ve ever been all the shop mechanic are rude and disrespectful don’t have communicationIncluding one of the lady managers,Broke down on a Monday they took me inOk took 3 days for parts ones the parts came in they took over 6 to 7 hrs to replace 3 parts that’s doesn’t take over 2 hrAfter my truck was done I was like 2 hrs away they called me over 5 times screaming at disrespectful and hanging up on me and telling me to hurry up to then right after hang up on me this place is the worse shop of all loves shopsDRIVERS I ADVISE YOU STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOPGOOD LUCK TO ALL OTHERS

This is by far the worst experience, I've had with a loves mechanic shop in my almost 9 years of driving! All I needed was a small leak plugged in one of my drive tires. And it took them over 3 hrs.. and my truck was in the shop for 2 of them. This is the slowest, dirtiest, and unorganized shop ever. I was expecting the usual excellent service I get elsewhere. I'll do my best to never use this shop again. Do better Loves

I had a return that was over 30 days but wasn't marked on the receipt. I'm only in that area a few times a month. Tried 2 weeks ago but a manager wasn't there to do the return. Won't give me my money back or in store credit.

McDonald’s is CLOSED but they keep the lights on. So ignorant. If you ask me. Please turn all McDonald’s lights off if closed. Common sense not common at all. Very sad

My car broke down and Thomas, the manager, went ABOVE AND BEYOND with taking care of us. He was so noble to take time and help my family with our car troubles and even directed us and drove us to the nearest auto parts store so that we could be able to get help. He really is an angel and is the most generous person. I’m so glad this inconvenience happened here because God turned it into good. Thomas is a true example of love. God bless!! You deserve more than 5 stars!!

Clean bathrooms and fenced dog area.The gas pump windshield cleaner fluid buckets were bone dry, litter in parking lot. No receipt at pump and looked like someone tried to pry open the side of the pump, taped repair.Not up to usual Loves standards.

Black truckers and other truckers of color...stay clear of this location. They are very disrespectful and rude and I've heard this from multiple drivers of color about this Waddy location. It's very sad but very true. The employees plus other white customers and truckers will make you feel very uncomfortable. YES! RACE IS AN ISSUE HERE!

I frequently stop here during my travels. I'm a 4-wheeler driver, so can't really rate all the trucker amenities. I can say that they offer a variety of services like showers, etc. The main traveler section features fresh deli food selections, a wide variety of drinks, a fairly extensive store selection ranging from groceries to gifts to vehicle repair items and very good prices and selection of tobacco products. Handicapped parking & accessibility is adequate.Gas is usually a good price compared to competitors. One thing I appreciate is that the credit card scanning at the pumps always works for me. It can be particularly frustrating when traveling to have to go inside due to faulty scanners.Service is excellent, the employees are always friendly, helpful & particularly patient with this out-of-state resident. I usually price and pick up cartons of cigarettes (for personal use). For you other smoker bargain hunters, there is a limit of 4 cartons per person.Highly recommend as a clean, safe, friendly place to stop & take care of all your traveling needs.

This repair is cheating customers. The lights on my box truck are broken. these crooks said that they checked fuses and did not find a breakdown, they took the money from the credit card. At another service, they changed the fuse in 1 minute and the lights were repaired. They didn't even check the fuses on Loves, they just walked around the truck and took the money. they are liars

Parking lot setup was poor, traffic entering and exiting criscrosses right at the entrance. Parking lot is adjacent to the drive through lane when using the side lot, which is all but mandatory as there are very few spaces in front of the entrance. Using the side lot means walking through the drive-thru lane which has no crosswalk or pedestrian markings. Stopped for the restroom and McDonalds but I'll probably find a more accessible location next time.

I fully understand why this store has no workers when the manager even treats customers with disrespect. When business owners of million dollar companies work through these Loves doors everyday they should be treated with respect. I returned all the merchandise that I was going to get after watching the manager disrespected 2 customers in a row clean up your management loves this is bad for business never will return to this store again you can only make 1 first impression.
