I love my dollar general. Always clean. The employees are very nice and helpful. They just need help to keep the place stocked. Verona KY and Warsaw is the worst store I've been in. It's never cleaned up. Trashed. Never anything on the shelves just everything sitting in those carts and we have to dig them out ourselves. I might as well get paid if I gotta help people because the stock isn't on the shelf's.

I watched one lady going off on a girl who is new. The girl said. Peggy I didn't know I wasn't supposed to do that.. whoever that Peggy is, that's not how you treat a new employee.looked like she was about to cry. Pretty sure that's bullying.. sad face.. I wanted to put no stars . That really upsets me.

I have read in the reviews about the staff not responding very quick to ring up the customers which I have experienced, however the true reasons this happens is because these girls are all so busy stocking, cleaning ect. and it shows because they take great pride in the appearance of this particular store in Verona. They normally will get with customers quickly as they have a chance to. It is a cut above the rest when it comes to dollar general stores. Their staff deserves the best when it comes to ratings, I believe they truly care about people all around.

Nice and clean but employees make you wait at the counter too long before waiting on anyone. My husband was in that store at one time AMD end up leaving cause they took so long to check out counter.Also my husband visits this store every day on his way to work and has been carded every single day for cigarettes when the lady waits on him everyday and knows he is old enough to buy cig and she is very rude never says thank you .

I love dollar general and I love there selection. But as I visited this location in Verona Ky, (while in town visiting family) I was suprised at how rude, snappy and unprofessional .the attendant was. She acted as though helping us was an inconvenience and we weren't important enough to take time from her chatting with her coworker. I hope this isn't the representation of dollar general that the owners endorse.

This store is always well stocked and put together, meaning not a lot of junk in the aisles no boxes, ECT sitting around waiting to be put up. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

They have amazing seriously amazing products but the staff wasn't happy about being there lol oh also there candles are better then bath and body works candles and you can get 5 for the price of one just FYI not as many events but they are amazing and beautiful and the one I got smells so freakin good and for that price shoottt

Best DG ever I live in Indiana about 7 miles from 3 DG's and always go to the one! Great Staff! Clean and tidy store. Love it!

Love this place go at least 3x a week to get odds n ends needed for home n grocery items as well..the staff are friendly and get u in and out in no time

The Verona location is the better one of the franchise locations that I've been to locally even though it's smaller they usually keep everything stocked.
