I took my 4 yr old Goldendoodle to this 'groomer' today. This was the WORSE experience I have ever had! He is the gentlest loving dog has never been 'aggressive' in ANYWAY whatsoever with ANYONE. I requested a bath, nail trim and a simple haircut for him. He was there maybe 2 hrs and when I picked him up, he looked pretty much worse than he did when I took him. He was supposed to have lion mane lines. Well, that's not what I got. His lines are crooked, his whole body is different lengths, I was told he was too aggressive, so they only were able to cut his front paws, he smells worse than he did when he left (only smothered in perfume), his ears are nasty it is apparent he was NEVER even bathed.A younger maybe teenager brought him out to me when I got there and when I asked for the groomer I was told she was in the shower. It is CLEAR they took no time to do anything with him but they sure took the time to take my $100 check that I was charged. When I was finally able to text the groomer because no one would answer the phone I was told that 'he must have been having a bad day.' Referring to the dog.This 'professional' groomer is supposed to be opening a new location in Taylorsville. Just be aware don't let her take you for your $100 and leave you a botched up dog like i got. I will NEVER go back!

Is there a word better than "Amazing & Caring People" that I can use for the J. HOWLERS Dog grooming Team? I would certainly use that word then... love the way they treat our puppies and also love the way they reach out to us for rebooking for appointment every month... kudos...

We had a wonderful experience with J.Howlers dog grooming. Our dog Chace is still a puppy and a little skittish when it comes to getting groomed. Jamie took her time and was super gentle and did such a super job. Will definitely be going back to her!

Another fantastic groom at J Howler’s one Taylorsville. I always rescue older dogs that have a history. I am very particular about who cares for them. I will take my dog no where else because she gets such great care.

J. Howler’s did a fantastic job with our old girl who has very bad separation anxiety. Carly was comfortable and looked amazing after her grooming. Will definitely use J. Howler’s for our future grooming needs.
