I was looking for several things in the store. The manager told me exactly where they were located. I had to bring something back, and she was sweet enough to take it off what I was purchasing.Everyone was so kind, went out if their way to help. My cashier was: Teresa.Every time we come down from Cincinnati, I go to Rose's for great bargains.

Seems every time I go there, it takes forever to check out. Most of the time they only have 1-2 check out open. Cashier's are the slowest I've ever seen.

Roses has a good selection of items you may not find at other places. I like the clothing selection they offer. However if you need to try anything on, you can plan on waiting at least 10 minutes for someone to unlock the dressing rooms for you. All the employees act like it's such a hassle to let you try on clothes. Seems like it's not a very good working environment because most of the employees are unfriendly and mad to be there. I do like the store but if feel the employees are definitely a detriment to the atmosphere.

I've loved Roses for years! I enjoy shopping for home goods (they have a decent selection of comfortable pillows for fair prices, etc.). This is the first Roses I've been to in over a decade but it does seem like they've gone down hill slightly. The inside seems outdated and even though the florescent lighting is typical of a retail store, it seems to add to the outdated look. That's a minor thought upon my first impression but not a huge deal. I always love stopping at Roses to see what they have. After not living near a location for many years I feel fortunate to have one in Somerset.

I’ve bought quite a few things from here over the past several years. You can’t beat the prices on their men’s jeans for 9.99 a pair. I also buy their rustler canvas work pants that are my favorite for working in for 14.99. Staff is always friendly and the head manager is a really nice gentleman. I enjoy shopping here and really just looking around.The only thing I can say negative is the bathrooms REALLY need to be redone as they are pretty dilapidated. But that’s no fault of the staff.

Great place to shop. Pricing is very good if you're on a fixed budget the $10.00 dollar jeans I buy there last me as long as a $40.00 dollar pair. I enjoy the odd and ends I find there.

I have no idea about the shopping and items in here because I just had to go in here to use the bathroom because I couldn't use the one in the Asian market nearby and JESUS CHRIST if it hadn't been an emergency I would have ran directly back out. The smell is like what I can only explain as if someone fermented a bucket of dead fish and poop in there over MANY hot summer days. And when I entered the stall I nearly stepped in some white glob of slime directly in front of the toilet, no idea what that was. I get that retail can be super demanding but for God's sake durring covid-19 you can't just let sanitation fall to the wayside like that! I normally wouldn't complain about something like this but I feel like people need to know unless you are about to absolutely have an accident I wouldn't recommend going in that ladies restroom.

If i could of gave no stars i would of i went today and my total was $39.15 so gave the cashier darrin $40.15 he wanted to argure that i gave him $40.06 which would make no sense but he wanted to argure they need to get cashiers who can count will not be back. Wanted to laugh and say stuff so i told him he needs to go back to school to learn to count.poor customer service negative -5 stars

Employees were outside smoking while I waited at the checkout counter than. When he came in he said I'll get you over here , all my stuff was already out on the table so I had to put everything back In the cart and these were all heavy items while he stood there and watched!!!.. this is the 3rd time I have been to this store and each time I have left angry or aggervated because of there rudeness I wi) never go back.

I have bought 2 vacuums from them nether lasted long. Hasn’t been a month since the last one and I paid well over $100.00 they won’t even exchange it for the same exact vaccum!!!!! Will never shop there again.
