I love this store, and talk to most of the associates when shopping and checking out. I had ask a member of management about getting a product called dollar shave a shave cream product they have, and the blades. They were told this couldn't be done at the store level, but corporate could change that. That's my justification for the 1 star review! If not for that fact I would have rated 5 star hands down.

They have mice running around a bunch of food items open on shelves. Brought up the mice to a worker and he laughed said "yeah that happens i open boxes all the time and find live mice it freaked me out the first few times"

Really nice store, has an open feel to it with lots of room. great seafood!!! Lots to choose from. Friendly staff.

The food is so good here. Much more of a variety than most restaurants. The day I went 2 employees were cut into a Parmesan wheel it was something I had never seen before.

Honestly the best grocery store I’ve ever had the pleasure of shopping in. Local residents should feel honored to have this in their backyard. Great prices, nice employees and everything else you could need. Always shop here when I’m in town.

Some employees have not been educated on how to read. The employees smoke cigarettes in a non smoking area. Signs are clearly posted on walls .... Right above their heads. Sad isn't it. The area is made for people to come and enjoy the food court, but how can you eat outside next to smokers? That's disgusting. Not all of us enjoy the stinch, or want to breathe your cancer sticks. I personally do not want to smell like you. Manager doesn't care about it, so these people get away with it and give this store an ugly appearance with nasty smells.

Need to open the larger self checkout lanes permanently. Trying to scan out a week's worth of groceries in a 2x3 area is ridiculous. Anytime you off load anything in the small areas to your cart it has to be bypassed. Also need to include a hand scanner for larger items like pet food since the workers typically don't scan bigger items unless your lucky enough to get someone that doesn't mind to. Definitely need something more similar to Walmart.

I love Kroger because no matter what I need I know I can always find it here. Very friendly and hopeful staff and easy access to any product and they have fresh breads but the best part is the meat department where everything is fresh. Kroger always have deals going on and the fuel points are just the icing on the cake. I suggest you stop in and shop to see if you are a Kroger fan or not.

Good selection of items, shelves are stocked well and you can move well in the aisles. The deli/cheese/hot foods area is fabulous! It is always clean, the employees are helpful.

We ordered chicken for an event a week ago. I called yesterday to confirm the order and was told it would be ready. When my brother in law went to pick it up this morning, he was told there was no order. We are very upset!

The two Krogers in Somerset are very good for a town of this size. Plenty of fresh and healthy options, including lots of organic food choices. This one offers more than the North Somerset Kroger, including more alcohol options.I'm not a fan of how supermarkets like these arrange some things to make people walk more: the breakfast bars, food bars, and nutrition bars are in 3 different isles.

Pharmacy is slowest in town! It would be nice if management would care more about their customers and employees to alot the pharmacy enough paid hours in order to have enough staff there. Or maybe don't take anymore new customers until you can properly take care of ones you already have.

Wonderful employees. Always helpful, nice. Very clean. If you use coupons on cards can save money. Rx people excellent and the staff at clinic nice, very clean. Bathrooms always clean. Staff, that's what keeps us coming back.

This is the best grocery shopping experience I have and still take. I simple LOVE the concept of putting another main aisle right down the center of all the aisles. That way each aisle is short and you can see both ways and you don't have to back track all the way out if you have gone up the wrong aisle and can't get through. Each short aisle is marked with all of most things that are in that aisle and it makes your shopping trip so much faster. I LOVE this store.
