I have been in many DGs as well as other stores like. Lately though sople who work there do not even acknowledge your presence or are short with you. There was a young lady working tonight (God help me I cannot remember her name)March 3 2024, who was kind and courteous and genuine. She needs to be put in a management position post haste. She was the best. Thank you for your time.

I have wrote reviews I’ve complained to different people I’ve emailed customer service. Chantella the manager is absolutely the rudest “manager” I’ve ever met. She’s more concerned about being outside smoking cigarettes then doing her job. Her customer skills needs to be looked at.

The aisles were cluttered with debris. The front cashier station was abandoned and the self-checkout had an error needing an employee, nowhere to be found, to remedy. Finally, as the people waiting in line to check out accumulated a young lady returned from outside the store with another employee bantering about having taken her lunch break. She fixed the self-checkout error then turned away from the other 6 customers waiting to check out and resumed flirting with the other employee she walked in with. Eventually, after the flirting diminished, she opened the regular checkout register. Poor inattentive sales and work ethic were the impressions one was left with from the operational climate at that store. No Sale here; I simply abandoned my cart at the register chosing to take my business elsewhere.

They have a wide variety of items. Reasonably priced. Quick stop. Easy to get to from highway.

The employees are wonderful but there isn't enough of them. They had only one to check out customers & the line was backed up. When he was finished checking people out he was trying to stock the shelves. The other employee was on lunch. Only two people to cover the whole store is ridiculous. Boxes & merchandise in the isles because they have no one to stock. This is nothing new because it is this way all the time. Stop being so greedy and hire some help!

Store is always packed with people long lines always got to chase down cashiers when ready to check besides one cashier that is always friendly talks to everyone of her customers and asks about there familys and remembers personal things and truly cares about her people... Shelves are always stocked..But the female manager is very rude and crabby and would rather sit outside and smoke cigarettes all the time but other then that it's a decent store

This place is a joke. Its always nasty and the management is rude. Dont try to return something even with a receipt they won't give your money back. That lady made me feel like a thief. Flat refused to give my money back. Said I was lying and wasnt returning what I originally bought. I shop here on a regular basis. This woman I had never seen there before. No name tag and she was just flat out rude. I will not shop in this dollar General anymore I will go somewhere else before I set foot back in this store again.

I love this store and I love the people who work there. I live only a few blocks away from this store and there is even a Family Dollar in-between the two but, I will go to this Dollar General first! They have a good selection of product to choose from and the prices can't be beat! You can even purchase wireless phones, phone cards, and even add money to your pre-paid debit card(i.e. Net Spend, Chime, Paypal, etc.). I visit this store almost everyday and I have never had a bad experience!

Normally I like DG...but I was in the other night and they were slowly putting stock out on the floor and I needed a cheap universal TV remote...the manager said "we got some $5 ones on this truck but I haven't gotten out yet...." I thought could u not go get I for me since he brought it up...nope so I came back 2 days later and asked for 1 and same manager said he they haven't shipped hjs store any yet and not sure WHY

Best one in Somerset. I go to this one at least 4-5 days a week and Chelsea is the friendliest and most helpful of the employees. Great attitude.

I love all GENERAL Dollar stores. If we didn't have them we would be hurting. U can't afford to buy the home products any where else. LOVE THEM !!!!!!!!

Nice staff great prices...Pepl still get mad when the cashier asks 4 identification to purchase a pack of cigarettes..And if u do not have the proper ID then you will not purchase.
