Love, love, love this family owned business! Donna truly cares and is so knowledgeable! She knows her animals and their feed! A wealth of knowledge. Definitely recommend! Her employees are just as wonderful. Our Diesel dog loves when we bring home goodies from here! Rabbit feed and horse feed comes from here as well, and our cat loves his food.

Just an awesome customer experience. Went in to investigate some specialty dog food for one of our dogs that has allergy issues. The owner Donna took the time to listen and recommend several products to try. I didn't buy anything, yet she provided me with 3 free samples off the shelf. Will definitely be back and recommend to others for their pet feeding needs.

If you want personal service this is the place to go. I stopped by unannounced one morning to learn about their services and products. I learned more about dog nutrition in the short time I was their than in the hours I have searched on the web. Staff is friendly. They have a variety of healthy products for dogs. I had just rescued a GSD and wanted to give him the best nutrition available.

The owners are so educated about pet nutrition and very willing to listen to you and advise. All their products are top quality. I have an old lab and they have been so helpful is guiding me to products that have help her with these aging challenges. I live in Bardstown but the travel to this store is worth the effort.

Extremely knowledgeable and very willing to help. If you have a dog with skin problems, you want to go here. They will help you find the right food. My 6 y/o golden retriever has had skin issues for years. We tried everything @ feeders supply; we also tried the RX food from the vet. None of it worked. After the first trip here, within a couple weeks, her skin issues were gone. #customer4life

Just a small feed store, but they have amazing products! They carry top of the line food, and the prices are very reasonable. The woman who helped me was very knowledgeable, and gave me some samples of different feeding ideas to try for my cats. This store is wonderful!

I have been doing business with Richardson"s Feed and Pet Center for a few years now. The customer service is outstanding and they deliver to your door! I'm disabled and I'm so thankful for this service. How many pet food stores do that? Not many. I'm so thankful to have them as a resource on pet nutrition too. They provide some excellent suggestions! AND the staff Debbie and Donna Richardson are always getting continued education on pet nutrition! You don't get that at Petsmart!
