I tried to review a product on their site... Thanks for sharing, and we hope to publish next time!Heres my honest review....SturdyThe box itself is built well some adjustments were needed to get it up and running. The angle adjustment won't stay up but I think the set screw came on the wrong side I've since adjusted it.. The highest setting on the teeth is pretty deep but will get the job done.. Price was $649 I ended up getting charged 900$ and lost a morning of work and 3phone calls tracking my money down. Shows red and black in the picture but it's orange, black and rust. Over all I would recommend this product.I should add tractor supply custom service was nice and friendly. The original management at this store has since turned over and so far the assistant manager Brad is understanding and very helpful and knowledgeable... The district manager was on vacation apparently, in the end issue resolved and I will be a repeat customer of tractor supply.

My husband and I both love this location. Besides it being the closest to our home, the staff are some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. I never have to ask for help to load, they just offer and are standing there awaiting. I will have to update this post with two names of staff there that I think are exceptional, one man and one lady.

Sophie is the absolute best!!! The rest of the staff was friendly too!We were so impressed with Sophie because she went above & beyond & is so knowledgeable! We are novice goat owners, & she totally hooked us up with everything we need & made us feel so much more relieved & comfortable after previously getting overwhelmed. We shut the place down on a Monday night, but she & the others didn’t mind at all. They continued to make sure we were all set after we were out the door. Sophie offered ongoing support with our goats, which really made us wish this is our local store. But we know we can always call the store for any advice & help. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in the area! Clean & organized store with a nice, wide selection & excellent prices! Thank you TSC & Sophie!!!

Everyone’s perfectly nice. No one knows anything about farming. But don’t say you’ll help me load my vehicle when I accept the offer with 7 bags of shavings and then ghost me. Just tell me no next time. I’m 8 months pregnant. I expect that lack of courtesy from rural king. Y’all let me down.

Went at noon. There was only one cashier with a very long line. Finally checked out about 15 minutes later with still only one cashier even though I seen other employees walking around? I only give a rating of 2 stars because they do have good inventory of supplies.

I go here with my roommate when she refills her propane tank. We decided to walk in one evening and I was pleasantly surprised. They had men and women's apparrel, a small home decor ilse but they had one! food for every local based animal you could think of and hardware for home based projects. The staff I encountered were very friendly and accommodating. Bought me a bag of delicious caramel corn and some orange slice candy like I ate when I was a kid. Great experience!

Sophie is awesome! We came in for an item that the website said was in stock, however there were none on the shelf. She personally went into the back, checked and brought out what we needed. She is an asset to the company and deserves recognition!

I have 3 big dogs a dozen (or so) cats, guinea pigs & turtles. I love that I can get everything in one stop. I'm a mom of 2 human kids too lol. The employees are great too.

Clean store , friendly staff & found just what I needed for my son. A good pair of boots great quality . If there is one thing I would suggest though is the kids boot area could be a little better organized (no big issue ) :)

Over 18 years w/TSC even when in Louisville. Never a problem or cross word w/any manager until this one during fall 2019. Very customer unfriendly if there is a problem to be solved. Will not admit his mistake. Have not gone back. Now completely at Rural king

Picked up some horse feed and some fence supplies to fix our wire fence, always a great place to run in and out very quickly... spent about 10 minutes to get everything I needed to fix my horse fence.... then seven bags of feed to feed them! Great place!

Tsc is a joke stay as far away for this chain as possible Bought a pair of workboots never even used them for work never even put them on only at the store Will not return They said it had been past 30 looked on recipient nothing about no returns after 30 days . So I take it if I spend $100+ on pair boots and they come apart Humm.. let that soak in

Bought a swing on sale in Lawrenceburg store and asked the clerk if I could buy the one that was put together. She said yes, when I got a truck to pick it up, they said no you can't buy that one, only in the box. I got my money back (it was $199.99 plus tax). I went to Rural King and bought one, just as good for $103.99 plus tax. They need to train their clerks better in Tractor Supply.

\Went in to get a propane tank filled in the middle of the day. 2 cashiers that didn't know what they were doing which quickly led to 2 long lines. When i finally get to the register after waiting approximately 10 minutes the cashier calls to get someone to fill my tank. I'm instructed to wait outside, which i do for another 10 minutes without anyone coming out. I was warned by a friend not to bother coming here and i should of listened.A week prior he attempted to get his tank filled there. He actually got someone to help him, however she appears to of been incompetent or at least not well trained. When she was filling his tank she didn't notice a missing o-ring on the nozzle and shot propane everywhere. My friend tried to explain to her the issue, however she insisted it was a bad tank. Which is odd as he still got it filled elsewhere.People are clueless, service is horrid. Go to Rural King or lowes (less than 5 miles away) and save yourself a headache.

Propane gas grill tank filled to the standard weight for $11 compared to the $19 plus for trade in at other stores. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Just tell cashier you need a full, wait at the outside gate as you approach the store. Attendant will give you a ticket to deliver to cashier to pay.

Terrible service. Tried to do a simple propane exchange on a Saturday afternoon about 2pm. Guy told me it's cheaper to refill the tank so ok just wait at side lot and someone will be right out. I paid for my other stuff and walked outside and got my tank. 30 mins I wait, nothing. I call into the store on my cell. Someone will be right out. Didn't happen. Went back in and asked. Said it will be a few minutes and pointed to the line. I said i had already been through the line and already waited over 30 mins.You can get better service at a gas station. Saturdays are just about everyone's day to get stuff done and these people don't get it. Try rural king, lowes, or drive into Louisville. You'll waste less time and be less pissed off.

This store - do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. The store is typically a mess, you can be trying to load a 50# bag of feed as 3-4 of the male employees stand there and stare at you and then top it off with the nastiest cashier in Shelby County, who will treat you like dirt. They have not learned the value of customer service or that they have jobs because of the people who shop there! I live in Shelbyville and will drive to LaGrange before I shop there again!

This place is awesome. They dont have some of the more basic stuff, but they always have what I need as far as belts, pullies, pet supplies, etc.
