This should be a five star. Your staff has always been helpful. The four star is due to the SMALL air dryers you have replaced the wall dryers with. They are broken most of the time. I thought maybe this was a temporary fix. But after a year or so it’s still these small orange canisters that the nozzle keeps separating from. I really like your store. It’s convenient, clean the staff is helpful. I’m hoping the dryers are NOT the long term solution

Very clean facility. The staff is always very helpful & willing to help with any questions or concerns you may have. The wash station is very well-kept, and the soaps & supplies are always full & ready to be used.

Awful experience every time. I had just bought a 40-gallon tank for my stepson. We're planning to get an axolotl for him. We have cycled a couple of smaller tanks in the past, so we knew it was a process. We were looking for 2 products, the seachem prime and the stability. They had the prime but not the stability (which is no biggie) but when asking the worker who stated he was the manager over the fish department stated we shouldn't need products to treat out tank then went on about how we shouldn't get that fish due to picky water conditions. And not to mention all the dead fish in the tanks that have been sitting for a while. If he is the manager, I personally think he needs to learn more in fish care. Ended up driving to Louisville to petco. So much cleaner and had better variety of stuff.

They do not provide for handicap shoppers. They stopped carrying the 16 lb manageable bag of purena pro dog food. 35 lb is unmanageable and the small5 lb bags are no cost effective. Manager was not receptive when I asked her where they were as they reset the store a few weeks go.When I mentioned this to her she basically said it wasn’t her problem and she could not fix it.They have made shopping here for seniors with disabilities a night mare. The ADA government people would have a field day here.

As for the store itself it's clean organized and has most of what you're looking for for you furry family members. But if you're going in shopping for fish hope your experiences are better than mine. I will make eye contact with associates and still be waiting 20-30 minutes before getting helped and sometimes I leave before that happens. So unless you have plenty of time to spare to just stand and wait I'd ordee online or go to another store to get your fish. Almost assuredly you'll get them faster.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. We took our dog to bathe him and they made sure we had everything we needed plus brought us some doggy cologne. They are always professional and very respectful. Always have a good experience when we go to pick up pet supplies or anything like that.

I love this feeders supply!!. They are super friendly and have quality feeders when I need them!. I also like the fact that they stem out a little and order some more unique fish at times. They also have ordered me specific fish I wanted so that's a plus for me when I love my fish :). Great store and good people for sure.

Spent 15 min on the phone trying to see if they had a certain kind of litter. Was put on hold twice which is fine. But second time the associate said his manager who he was supposed to ask about the little was next to him but there was only two people there? If that was the truth then management truly needs to schedule more people at this store. I showed up while still being on hold because I needed to know and stop wasting my time. Took me one minute to go to the back myself to check all the brands. I saw at least 4 employees there. I even asked them about being on the phone and I hung up and came in myself. Nobody said hello. Nobody offered to help. Very disappointed.

Awesome place to go for pet supplies! They have dog grooming also! The prices are good. You can order online and get same day delivery to your house if it's before 3 p.m. I love it and would recommend this place!

I like feeder supplies because they're a smaller company and have a lot of nice things about them. I've used this location for bathing my dogs and it was super easy and nice. I'm not a fan that they sell rabbits or how they keep them in either of the stores I've been in. Rabbits aren't like hamsters. I'm also not a huge fan of this specific locations team. They're not bad, but they are pretty cookie cutter and don't know much about the store or their supplies. I've always run into kids running the store. Not poorly per say, but it's not the same as having staff that really knows pets. I've been in other stores that really know their products and pets better.

Store Manager and staff go out of their way to help. Special ordered food that I needed for my senior dog's special dietary needs. Always willing to help with those large bags of dog food. The dog wash set-up is exceptionally nice with the gated off individual stations. This is an extremely helpful feature when you have multiple dogs to bathe. I prefer to buy local and very much appreciate having a Feeders Supply in Shelbyville.

I love the fact that we have a pet store in town now and we don't have to travel to Middletown to shop for pet supplies. The employees have always been helpful and shelves always seem stocked. They carry several different brands of most items which makes it easy to find exactly the brand you prefer for your pet.

Do not buy feeder mice from this place. I bought some 5-20-2021 from them I was supposed to get 10 they gave me 9 but changed me for 10. There were for my snake. Got them home gave my snake two of them. Ok there were fine. Had the other ones in a cage I had they seem fine to me. Well on 5-25-2021 came home from work that night and found one dead. Called them up told them What happened and who ever I talked to said bring the live ones back for a refund. So I will be taken them back. Well this morning at 12:40 am on 5-27-2021 I found another one dead. So don’t buy feeder mice from them.

I asked an employee where beta fish were and his response was down there 😳 but the young blondish/ red hair girl that checked us out was a sweetheart and very helpful... So im going to still say a 5 because i had to comeback within an hour and she was still so very nice..

I have 3 big dogs, a dozen cats, turtles & a guinea pig + any fosters I take in. I love that this is a 1 stop shop for my animals needs. & The employees are great. Their new feeders club is awesome too.

Great dog wash 10 dollars covers it all had plenty of soap and blow dryers work well you can control hot and cold water feeds for the best your dog needs and the wash bay has sliding door to close in your dog during the wash.

I called this morning and a young man answered the phone and I asked him (even though I already knew) if they had anything to put on my dog to keep flies etc off of him when he goes to training. He immediately said “Um, no we don’t” without even taking two minutes to go look. This is NOT a good way to treat a loyal customer and I’m just not sure if I will return to this particular location! I would like an explanation, but doubt I’ll ever get one.
