The groomers here do excellent work I had let our dog go a lot longer then I should. Lilbit was so at ease with Sarah Beth and you can see how much she loves the animals. The scarf was a cute touch too.

Bayley is amazing! I recommend her to everyone I know! She will always put the best interest of your fur baby first. Sets clear expectations. My pup had never gone to a groomer before. After a few times my pup is now a grooming champ that looks top notch at all times! Patient, so professional and loving! I’m glad we started with her! Another groomer probably would have made it a very dreaded task!

Bayley is the only groomer I will take my dogs to! My babies can sometimes get into messes that are far beyond what I can clean out of them, Bayley has done excellent with bathing/grooming them and making this fur mama feel better knowing they are in such caring hands.

They cancelled my appt last minute and texted me at 10:28.pm the night before to confirm and ask how I wanted my dog trimmed? Very unprofessional and made no attempt to reschedule with me. When I told the owner it would not make for a good review online she banned me from this place and I have never even stepped a foot inside the door and by my choice I never will. Go somewhere else - don’t waste your time. I waited and had planned around this appt. When the only person that the owner must have working for her offered to make it right - the owner said no. Reviews are peoples right and if you are going to be treated less than - by all means let folks know.

Dog was half shaven, fur still its in eyes. Nails weren’t cut.( which is mainly what we wanted) Body was trimmed and he was bathed. We had no issues with him being muzzled but was told they didn’t want to do that. $25 bucks for a half cut and bath. Pshh mind you this is a small dog. Pitiful

Bayley is an AMAZING groomer. Cares about the well-being of animals in and out of her shop! Goes above and beyond for the animals of eastern Kentucky! 10/10 would take my dogs back to her.
