Stopped in just few minutes ago, three times before they understood my order, drive through. Then onion rings which were ordered are past the point of edible, so hard and tastless. If I had my receipt I would have completed a negative survey.Not feeling happy with Dairy Queen at this point.

Nice, clean normal Dairy Queen.Drive-through has a line about 80% of the time. But not a bad wait.Food is good.Ice cream cakes are delicious. I ordered a mocha Oreo blizzard and it was absolute perfection! Since it’s a retired menu item not all DQs know how to make it. It was sooo good!!

Excellent menu... Great food. Excellent value.... Past Hardee's.... Past. DQ on the left it took me more than 30 minutes to eat the banana split. It was that good! We will be back! Next Wednesday in fact.

The food here is always consistent. The chicken basket is my favorite. The gravy that comes with it is good. The burgers are ok at best. They serve the best ice cream in town hands down.Also breakfast here in my opinion is just average. Can get way better elsewhere.

disgusting just to start! the service don't even get me started, this is the first time i've ever been to this dairy queen location and i just have to say it is not on point.the customer service was just not even good and i actually wish you could do a 0 star review. even though i am not from prestonsburg,ky, i know my food reviews. i am karen mcb and this was my food review on the worst dq i have even been to even mcdonalds is better that this place. thank you!

Worst experience ever at a DQ. Only gotten 7 chicken tenders out of 12 after they asked us 4 times to confirm if that's what we wanted. They then took forever getting those out. Then yell what I ordered for the entire parking lot to hear what we've ordered. I'm not sure how they got 7 out of 12, but maybe they can further their education with the money they got. Might wanna start by learning to count to 10!

I'm so sick of regular restaurant being open. Then you go to a fast food restaurant, you're in a hurry on the road. I don't eat in my vehicle. I don't see why all the chain resto think all they need to do is keep their drive thru open. I went down the street Wendy's chairs on the tables Taco Bell same thing. Dairy Queen big letters on their overhead sign Dining room open, watch out I'm coming in hot. They had ever other table blocked off. The tables open they had a sign saying sanitized. All you fast food chains I will remember this when the masks come off

Absolutely terrible service and sometimes rude workers. We go once every other week for ice cream with our kids, and everytime in the last 6 months have had an awful experience. I do not recommend at all.

Their Breakfast Platter of hash browns, eggs, salsa and 3 choices of meat is sooo Good !! Blizzards are good too, but the price is way too much, considering other REAL Nourishing foods are affordable & better for you. Of course that doesn't mean I don't get the Blizzards, but would more often as one a fixed income they are far & few between. I-D-E-A : How 'bout making a smaller, more affordable Blizzard ? Of course, it's MY idea, sooo - mayB Blizzards 4 Life - (the smaller one @ for one or 2 each for my wife and I) Or a royalty on each one sold, or a brand new van (since ours is 21 years old and has 343,400 miles on it and we desperately need a new one) I hope the right generous person reads this with empathy. Food is amazing especially the blizzards. Burgers are great. But every time I go through the drive through there's almost 100% of the time a wait on burgers.

They have food and ice cream here y'all! Food and ice cream!!! You'll eat it, because you'll pay for it. It good. Sometimes it's great. The morning staff is nice enough to not force breakfast food on you either. Lunch, breakfast and ice cream all day dawg, all day!

Their blizzards are the best, especially the new smores one ..the food is great....love their gravy and biscuits... drive thru is quick... wheelchair accessible parking n entrance...nice n comfortable seating...good customer service... great place to eat for breakfast or lunch, good ice cream and ice cream cakes....... yummy....

Paid $10 for a BBQ chicken basket. Waited 10 minutes for them to make it. I asked for ketchup for the fries. They gave me ketchup, but there were no fries in the basket to use ketchup on... the chicken was good though.

Great breakfast! The gravy and biscuits, or breakfast burritos are awesome. Plus you can't beat a nice icecream treat any day.

Food was good. Service was good. Could have been a little cleaner. Restropm was messy with litter. Fountain area needed cleaning - spilled drinks, straw wrappers, etc.
