I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. We called about having a 100 gallon propane tank filled and they said sure they could easily fill it.After driving there my husband walked in the store and they told him he had to bring it in. So he packs the 100 gallon propane tank in.The sales associate then looks at him and says no I can’t fill that it’s not strapped down to a truck. Obviously not, he just carried it in upon y’all’s request.I work retail. That’s not how you keep customers.It was late and he just didn’t want to work.

No one will answer phone! Work hours. Rings and rings. When they do answer. Put you on hold and never picks back up! Horrible customer service!!! Find somewhere else!!

Don’t buy off these people! They would not honor warranty and I’ve bought weed eaters and chainsaws from them several in the past I won’t any more clutch went out on my Stihl 131 and said I void warranty because I cut with guard off which I did not do. I’ll never shop here again. They make more money if customers pay instead of warranty pay. Bunch of crooks.

Went got a key for my truck of course it didnt work! Refunded to my card then told me the 84 dollarswudnt show up for 7-10 days!!!! Funny, theyt ook it that day! Never do business there again!!!!!!!!

The experience was alright. Most of the employees except for a couple didn't really know what they was doing and not really experience in electric or plumbing area. And the new sales manager they hired is an experienced car salesman and when I come to a hardware store I don't want to be harassed by a salesman. It's not a car lot, it's a hardware store. plus, a lot of there stuff is priced to high, Experience was ok overall just except that salesman following you everywhere you go and trying to sale stuff you don't need. It's better than lowes. But I rather go to lowes or rural king than pay the high prices or be harassed by the ex car salesman.

Folks really nice, but need someone to really take ownership of the plumbing and electrical parts section, almost impossible to find what you are looking for because the stock is so messed up. Your best bet for help is to find retired handyman or carpenter that would like to work, really need a knowledgeable person that that has a broad knowledge.

One in Pikeville 🙄 employees follow you around from the time you step foot in door of the store , till you leave (makes you think they are a lot crime in the area ) I know it was this way before the pandemic.
