7 people in line to check out and only one checker and they are in no rush. We will go some where else before we use self check, not doing it! Outside of no checkers the store is nice and well stocked.

I love Kroger! My Memaw always shopped here so it makes me think of memories with her ❤️ Some of the great employees are still there from when I was a child. I like the app and mobile coupons, and of course gas points! The bakery is great, I've ordered lots of birthday cakes there and they're always great!

I went shopping in IRVING COBB today and was threatened by another customer because i wasnt there to help them find the cool whip. I told them they would just have to continue shopping then he said he ought to punch me in the face. No sir. After bringing it to associates attention they did nothing about it. The people of paducah kentucky have to be some of the rudest people i have ever met. Do your own damn shopping dont expect others to do it for you unless you are paying them to do so. Geeze people.

Mom and a lady's husband both got chicken poison from rotisserie chicken. Caused mom to get sepsis shock and a big hematoma on her head from falling on concrete. This past week I bought 2 tuna kit salads threw up at work they were 3 months passed expiration date. This place trying to kill people. Yall need to do better.

My favorite local grocery store. Awesome deals and great quality of food. Especially the produce my favorite. I eat more produce than meat and little processed food so that's important to me. The store is clean. Service is always friendly and prompt. And they seem to have a variety of other kinds of food most stores don't have. Not to mention the discounts! I hear they treat their employees well too. I don't know this first hand. But I couldn't not support a store that covers all their bases. We'll done!

Every time we shop at Kroger Southside is a good experience. The store is always really straight and clean. Most of the employees are very very nice encouraging and helpful. Ginger is the one we always look forward to seeing. She is a great encourager very knowledgeable and always always nice. We look forward to shopping there. Everyone should have employees like her.

They advertise that they're open until 11pm. They're not. Employees are still there, and when you ask them to confirm their hours, they either act like they aren't sure or they tell you they're not on the clock so they can't answer your questions. Seriously? I hope you all have the day you deserve. 😂

Convenient for me. I get confused at their layout, but they usually have what I want. They have a good meat dept., I think you can tell a lot about how the whole store is by the way their meat deptlooks.They could be more customer friendly. Great produce dept., looks fresh most of the time.I especially like the Kroger card. It gives you 3 cents a gallon off your gasoline!

GREAT selection not enough cashiers two is not enough cashiers for such a large store and people need jobs I refuse to use self check out I don't get paid to work here. come on people management get it together I won't stand in line for more than 30 mins then I'm gone you can keep your groceries. I'm not being rude the prices are high enough the least you can do is check us out and bag the groceries God bless US all

I stopped in here to grab just a few groceries. The clerks were nice and I was there kind of late in the day so the store wasn't very busy. It looked clean and organized. The deli was nice and the produce looked good. I saw that this particular location offers grocery pickup.

Since the remodeling and upgrades this store is a booming store with a large selection and great staff. The lines can get long at times but it's usually because there is just that many people. They have a great rewards program for fuel and the discount card is free and helpful.

The store was very clean and has a variety of produce. They even carried the Freshpet refrigerated dog food. Before I had to drive to Petsmart to get it. Saves a lot of time and driving. Check out clerks were very friendly and nice. I will shop there again.

Needs to treat its employees better. The turnover rate is so high there's always a lack of cashiers & baggers. Staffer is very accommodating when they're not being pulled to help with check-out.

Usually love Kroger's but employe that assumed that it was her job to lecture me about my daughter being with me upon entering the store then tracking us down to lecture us more about proper spacing, I brought the cart from the parking lot to lean on and support myself because I have a crushed disc in my back, and i am well aware of the importance of distancing, I have a messed up lung missing a kidney and no spleen, that means I am very immune compromised, I am dirty from work because I love my job and want to continue to contribute to society, my silence was not an acceptance of your lecture on social distancing, but had I open my mouth to respond I probably would have completely unloaded on you, and pulled up my shirt in front of you and everybody to show you the 12 inch long scar from my belly button to my rib cage.

If you always close by 10:30 (if not earlier), just do everyone a favor and CHANGE YOUR POSTED HOURS. I keep believing that maybe, maybe this store will be open until 11 as advertised but when I come try to grab a couple things, lights are on and door is locked. Shame on me for hoping, I guess.

Poor management leads the team. The staff tries but the leadership falls short. I avoid this location mostly because of the GM. Location is usually clean, usually stocked.

I always have a good shopping experience at our Kroger! Went there today, and the cashier, Dekota I think her name was, was Super Awesome! Smiled the whole time, very nice, seemed like she genuinely enjoyed her job! Made great small talk while she rang me up.. She brightened my day in this world full of uncalled for rudeness that's taken over! Thanks girl! Stay great!
