Always find great deals here. There was a lot of Memphis Grizzlies apparel for cheap as well as plenty of other things for the whole family and the house!!!

What happened!!!..this company turned into a ......I don't know what, discount junk dealer... displays weak, merchandise not really organized....GO Back to selling coats!......big lots, TJ Maxx etc...is better.

Waited in line for over 30 minutes to check out! Given it is the holiday season, but damn, just to REALLY slow checkers, plus saw a fight almost break out due to people cutting, was not a fun experience at all

Love the new store. So glad KY Oaks Mall is getting new updated stores. It's so exciting. Clothing selection here is good. Lots of choices for gifts and home items.

Went for a coat and some pants for toddler didn’t have any, asked a older guy that worked there and he said no. He was putting out clothes on the boys section so I moved on down to get out of his way and then he come to where I moved to while I was looking at clothes and reached his arm in front of me to hang up more clothes. Felt like I was bothering him so we left. Thank goodness we are just traveling Through

A lot of empty rack space, huge line to check out , spent about 15 minutes in line waiting. It was like being in line at Six Flags. If I was told to choose between Burlington and Ross, I'm picking Ross for sure

They aren't open until 10. They close at 9. And I was there at 8:45. I ibuprofen needed to look at their Men's jeans for 1 pair of jeans. I cassoulet done that in 5 minutes or less. But they had already locked the doors. If I ever get to go back in and I think they are better than 2 star, I will update this review. But as of now they are not worth my time, if I'm not worth their time.

Walked in the this morning as the cleaning crew were finishing up. The store was very clean, smelled fresh and the bathrooms were extremely clean. The employee that checked me out was friendly and very helpful. I certainly enjoyed my experience and plan to be back again.

Friendly and clean. Blanket and shorts is what I got. Under $15.00 for them both. Picked up some toys for my cat. Great and inexpensive prices here.

Nice place to get clothes. They have a TON of jackets/coats. I recommend coming to this store for winter apparel. They even have a small place in there with pet items, kitchenware, bedroom items, car essentials, and even toys. Employees were friendly and informative and I'll be coming back for a new jacket or 2.

It was very busy, they had almost anything you would need as far as gifts, the only problem was they had 2 registers an the lines were more than what we wanted to wait in, of course it is Christmas an being they have great prices it was good for them.

It's a shame when customers no longer respect the places they shop. Articles of clothing and shoes strolled down the aisles flooring. Glass trinkets shattered and simply kicked out of walkways. The employees definitely work too hard there to earn their pay.

Closed before 9pm 3 days before Christmas, website says open until 12am this week. I see from other reviews that nothing has been done as this was a problem last Christmas also. Very disappointed

My Mom and I had a couple of carts of clothes to try on because we’re getting ready to go to Florida and they have a sign on their fitting rooms that say “Fitting Rooms closed due to being short staffed” so my Mom goes up front and asks and they radioed someone to let us use them and they said we could. Well she went back up there and said no one would open them for us. So we put our stuff up and left.

Didn't find what I wanted but still enjoyed the selections present. This "Outlet-feeling" store is sometimes catch-as catch-can, but no denying the diverse product choices and brand-name value.

In a busy holiday season such as Christmas and I'm trying to do my shopping so we look up times they close and your website says 12 and door sticker on your building says 11. It's only 9:30 at night and you close your doors early without any logical reasoning or sign.

I love Burlington....but...My boyfriend and I were very obviously followed by loss prevention throughout the entire store. She wasn't watching anyone else...just us. We gave no reason for her to do that, unless you guys are told to target people who have piercings. I could have pointed out a few known shoplifters that were in the store at the same time as us, but for some reason WE were profiled. I make no apologies for confronting loss prevention over this, and you guys should probably be in the market for a new employee for that position. It truly was my most uncomfortable shopping experience and I have never had this issue at any other store in my entire life. As much as I truly enjoy shopping at Burlington, I don't feel that I need to continue shopping with you all for this very reason, which I hate.
