For a small town hardware store, they carry pretty much what one might need for everyday things. The great thing is if they don't you can order it and have it shipped there for no additional charges. This store has very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff working there and they are always ready to help!!

I recently experienced horrible customer service. While the two ladies that were meant to assist me, they instead chose to speak ill of me, assuming I couldn't hear them. Needless to say, I didn't receive the help I needed.

Updating my experiences after a long period working in Kentucky, Ohio, and Georgia regions. I was not impressed with what I saw at Ace Hardware and felt that they to be very frankly weren't deserving of the 4.4 star that has been bestowed upon them. I felt that staff were really sassy and very impatient (and I tend to be a really naturally comfortable individual). Ace Hardware needs people who are comfortable with a customer-comes-first mentality, something which other locations have in my experience. This place did NOT have that and I felt couldn't compete with other Ace locations.I look forward to taking my business elsewhere and - when I am working in construction in the region - most definitely not doing more work here.

The staff has always been nice and helpful. We have bought our garden seeds there for two years! Also I bought a 50 lb bag of Yukon Gold potatoes which are sometimes hard to find.

Always nice friendly staff atmosphere staff usually helps me as soon as I go in this last time I looked for myself. At the end at checkout I made sure I got the right stuff but they were slacking but will shop there again and reccomend to anyone!

If you're not very familiar with things and need help the staff at the Ace hardware in Bath County is very knowledgeable and very friendly. Just don't be a frightened when you look up and see a feline lounging about. These people are great people they love their cats and are very helpful

Went Monday to get suet that they had on sale. There was none They said they get a truck on Tuesday. I called on Wednesday morning and asked if they got the suet on sale in they said they did. I asked if they would hold 4 cases for me. He said he would. I went this afternoon. He never put any aside. I got 2 cases off the shelf. They didn't have any more. When these stores put something on sale then they should have it
