Double-checking what the cash register rings up can be a profitable endeavor. These shrimp rang up at $15.98. I questioned the cashier and she put my order on hold while I checked. I took this photo and asked a nearby employee as I checked the app, which also said $15.98. The employee said the sign was correct and sent someone to the cashier to resolve the issue. I got one bag free and the other for the correct price. Paying attention pays off.

Quick in and quick out. They had what we needed at this store. We couldn't find it at the one closest to where I live.

The store is beautiful and easy to get around. However customer service is not the greatest. I had forgotten my card and told the girl Ishecould take the soda back that I could only afford 1 because of my mistake. She simply said ok and took the bottles back. Never offered another card, never offered to ship 1 for me, and certainly didn't tell me that I could put in a phone number. The sodas were 3 for $5 or $3 for 1. I paid $3 for 1 because of the poor service .

This Kroger is the best one I've been in in this area. The associates are so friendly and helpful. A terrific produce section, everything is clean and the nice young woman at the self checkout actually had all the scanners clean! Much better than Beaumont Kroger.

Bonnie that works the self check out a lot is a true gem! She always hands out candy and stickers to the kids and it makes our day. Also Matt M that works in the liquor store is so helpful! He knows his stuff and is so friendly!!

Bought groceries online for pickup up picked them up the next day they cancelled the transaction after pick up I only had enough to cover weekly groceries.I used digital coupons on the website 3 days later the retake the money from my bank account.I was charged for my groceries they didn't apply the digital coupons onto my account.Now I'm over drafted 13 $ and I've a 30$ overdraft charge I will never shop a kroger again I've been a loyal customer to Kroger's for 7 years !Horrible experience with this Kroger calling corporate and reporting them.

Kroger in dishonest. The activation slip they give you when you purchase gift cards MEANS NOTHING. I bought $3000 cash worth of gift cards for a local garden center. Three of the 6 $500 cards didn't work because they were missing pins. The garden center could do nothing about it so they directed me back to Kroger where I purchased the cards. Kroger refused to give the money back. They give me a email to try to get my money back and I was instructed to work with the card services people to get me money. I have sent pictures of everything as they instructed. It has been days and I have heard nothing back. Don't buy cards from Kroger because if they don't work you are just out. It is incredible cumbersome process to get your money. This is not fair. I did nothing wrong. I paid cash at the service desk and they know it. There policy is NO refunds. Be aware, don't make the mistake of buying cards from Kroger!!!

I realize the short staff problem most companies have and I considered this. Pharmacy is good and about all I use at this point. This location is consistently out of stock or very low. My last visit, I left without several items I needed and had gotten the last one of three items. The hours are ridiculous as well and leaves no time in the morning to get there and out before work.

I see some negative reviews here but these customers do not shop the Georgetown Kroger where I live. Brannon Crossings Kroger is wonderful!!! Staff is so friendly and helpful! Store not crowded. Always a check out lane with little to no wait. People don’t realize how good this store is until you’ve been to the Georgetown Kroger.

I’ve been going here since 2020 because I moved from Lexington to Nicholasville, and I was used to how Beaumont centre was (I even worked there). And I was disappointed from the start. Shelves are always empty, I’ve gotten donuts there several times that were passed the sell by date (I used to not check because I assumed they wouldn’t put that on the shelves because at Beaumont we always had to check sell by dates when we would shelved items). I understand that items can be hard to get in, but every department is basically empty. Even Kroger water, their own brand, cannot be kept in stock. Their deal tags are never accurate with my Kroger card, so when I think and am told I’m saving $5, I’m not which with the times are in now, $5 can go a long way. It’s disappointing and I try not to be a Karen, because I’ve worked in a Kroger before and I know what it’s like, but it’s ridiculous when I have things I need and they’re not stocked.

They dont get the donuts out early enough, if you want them for the morning for the work place you are not going to get them here. Plus the man at the deli doesn't like to cut the lunch meat the way you want.he is slow and will tell people in line they will be waiting awhile,my husband decided to go meijer to get his lunch meat now.

Clean, nice people, ready to help, always a great place to run in for quick pickup. we love our Kroger at Brannon Crossing! An update! I did a delivery order through the Kroger app and I was blown away! When my groceries were delivered they brought them in for me! The order was perfect, when they were shopping, there was a question on one of my items. I recieved a text about it, tomatoes and instantly it was taken care of! Yes I am a fan ♥️

Was purchasing alcohol when a store employee approached me demanding my ID, looking me up and down several times and then laughing in my face, handing my ID back to me and saying "I guess there's children dressing up as old people now." And walking away. Not entirely sure what the whole point of that interaction was, seemed disrespectful and lost my business basically.

I stood at the deli counter for 10 minutes. Had two different employees walk by me and even make eye contact with me several times and still ignored me! Went to Walmart deli was served in 30 seconds.

You know what I love about this store? The shopping carts with the cars attached to the front. My daughter LOVES going to Kroger, and keeping her happy while I grocery shop is easy with these car-carts. Available in both red and blue, they come equipped with safety belts. I’ve been playing fast and loose with safety lately and haven’t been using the restraints because she likes to hop out and help me pick out the right Goldfish Brand snacks (when the cart comes to a complete stop, of course!). However, I never skimp on cleanliness. Kroger provides cleaning wipes at the entrances. My little girl and I make sure the steering wheel, seats, and door frames are wiped down before she mounts up and situates her snacks.Thank you for providing these car-carts, Mr. Kroger. They mean a lot more to your loyal customers than you will ever know.

This is a great place to get away and have a nice hike. The trails require up hill hiking, so there is a bit of physical effort required, but it wasn't bad. The terrain is gorgeous and well worth whatever effort is required to get there.

A pretty good Kroger, easy parking and access. They are no longer 24 hours. I prefer this Kroger location to any other I have visited in Lexington. Very helpful, good selection, fresh produce. The pharmacy is not as good as other Kroger pharmacies and doesn’t keep as wide a selection in stock but they are separate from store. They will gladly order your medication if not in stock but that can take up to 3 days. Tate’s Creek Centre keeps a larger stock (or did when I last tried to switch to Brannon Crossing). For groceries, I prefer Brannon Crossing.

This Kroger is currently rearranging their product locations. You can get a copy of the list of item locations near customer service in a small kiosk. The staff here is very friendly and can help you, if needed.

This used to be my go to Kroger, but they changed their layout multiple times in a couple of years and the current system is not optimal. My biggest complaint is that their gluten free items are spread out all over the store making them difficult to find in a pinch. Their pickers for the drive up service also take up entirely too much room in the isles while they are shopping.

I bought bad sushi (I believe it was a fluke because we frequently buy sushi for the past 3 years and never had a problem). I clearly bought the sushi yesterday because the use by date was today because I did not save my receipt, even though it was clear I bought it from Kroger, they gave me a gift card which in turn I could not use because it takes about 30 minutes to activate. Seriously?! Kroger, it's a good thing you don't have a lot of competition! 😣

This was one of the best Kroger locations in our area but lately it's been going down hill. I've shopped there many times lately with out any interaction with store employees not even a hello or have a good day. I asked customers service for some twine to secure a tree to our vehicle on one trip and she said I dont know if we have any. She didnt look or call anyone to see just looked at me for a while I just kind of laughed and walked away after 30 or 40 sec of oddness. It's still hands down better than Walmart but that's not saying much.
