I went in for one rug and left with three. The staff was exceptionally kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. They let me take home several rugs to try out in my space. It was hard to pick because they have such an amazing selection! Now I want to replace all the other rugs in my home!! Thanks for the amazing service and unique, heirloom-quality, handmade rugs. These were honestly similar price as generic synthetic rugs from the big box stores , and here you're getting unique, one-of-a-kind, heirloom-quality, hand-made wool rugs that will last a lifetime and hold their value. They also made custom carped pads that kept them from sliding on my hardwood floors. I am so thrilled with the entire experience!

Wow, what a gem! I've been looking for rugs for years in CA, and this place is impressive. I was able to bring my dog to test out his preferences, and the owner, Hassan, was friendly, knowledgeable, and deeply understood antique rugs. We ultimately purchased six rugs, which were unique, affordable, and beautiful. One of them was even designed by him and he even offered to ship to my home. A truly wonderful and fun experience!

The carpets here are of the highest quality. The owner and Hulio explained to me how they are made and where they come from. They have a very large selection of carpets and many different sizes. I would highly recommend this store to anyone.

This is a great company! You won’t be disappointed. Beautiful selection of rugs. Hassan and his assistant Santiago are amazing. They provide 5 star service. He supplied our entire home with rugs and helped coordinate the colors with our decor. He is very knowledgeable. After having one of my rugs a couple of months the color I chose I had second thoughts about my pick. Hassan, went out of his way to make sure I was happy with my rugs and brought me another rug and changed it out with another for equal value with no hassles and kindness. One rug needed to be retied on one end and came out and fixed it right on the spot. The 8 rugs we purchased are fine quality and love each of them! Highly recommend Grace Rug Gallery.

I had them clean my rug not only did my rug look brand new but their customer service was amazing! I will definitely bring all of my rugs to them for cleaning! They also have an amazing stock I wasn’t in the market at the time but I saw some beautiful rugs of theirs when I came to pick up my clean rug.

We bought a rug here and absolutely love it. Hasan (owner) did a great job helping us pick the rug, and we walked in there having no idea what we wanted. We just gave him a general idea on colors and patterns and he was very patient with us, showing us a dozen or so rugs until we saw one that was just right. These are high quality rugs and VERY reasonable prices. All our friends compliment us on how good it looks in our home.
