Absolutely horrid customer service. Normally we go to the store of similar name up the street that bought these guys out a few years ago to get our helium balloons inflated. Unfortunately they were out of helium so we headed down to this store to get my son’s birthday balloons inflated. They had helium in stock but denied to inflate the balloons. I told them I’d buy their balloons no problem just put the helium in the one’s I brought (they could even keep theirs). After two employees continued to hide behind phantom policies one of them offered to call the store manager. I agreed to have her do it but the manager on FaceTime said no way we don’t do it. When I inquired about why she said helium is too expensive to blow up other balloons I said perfect I’ll buy your balloons and she still said nope. She claimed if they see them do this on camera they will get fired. Which I find to be ridiculous policy if true. It seems like no one wants to help people out these days, just do whatever they can to make life difficult for others. If you want to grow your business customer service should be number one priority. I proceeded to go to another small discount retailer with dollar in their name who was happy to help and has earned my business going forward. I would strongly suggest corporate providing some training to these employees around how to make common sense exceptions to policy that will make your business stronger. It seems these employees would’ve just preferred not to be there and if they were miserable being there they might as well make their customer’s feel miserable as well. I won’t be supporting this establishment going forward.

I have grown to love this place more and more nixes deals. One thing not great is the cellular reception can't access app while inside so clip out your digital coupons before you walk in.

The manager Jennifer, is so very nice and very helpful. All of the employees that I have met have been very nice and polite. The store has always been clean no boxes sitting in the middle of the Isles. If any clearance items are out they are usually stacked neat an orderly. I can find pretty much anything I want and it will be in stock. Thank you Jennifer you are the one who makes the store what it is. Sheila La

They store is clean stays open later than most around town they don't keep everything stocked an some employees are just down right rude and 2 are in need of people skills and another one looks high all the time other than that the store is clean

I walk everywhere. And carry my backpack with me. I went in and was surrounded by 3 workers one a manager. Manager no mask. Told me I had to leave my backpack behind the register . All was extremely rude. Baby food that I had picked up was expired. So beware. I even had a hard time getting them to let me leave the store. I will never shop somewhere I'm attached.

I love shopping at family dollar. It’s convenient and nice, however when my Fiance and I checked out tonight the Manager, Jennifer was on her phone the whole time talking to a friend about drama. She did not greet us, or say hi. She told my fiance “you canceled it” when he made a mistake on the card machine(which was true but it was one of the only things she said to us). And after checking out said “have a good night” while still on the phone. This is unacceptable customer service.

As soon as I entered the store, the check out is to my left. I saw one employee on the Family Dollar phone. I got the items I came in for, guessing I was in store 13-15 minutes. I walked up to the checkout. One employee was putting up stock, cigarettes I believe, and the other employee was still on the phone. I asked the employee who was putting up stock if the store had any keychains. She didn't know, but she asked the employee that was on the phone, whom did not answer, at least I didn't hear her speak. The employee at the checkout said she didn't know. Then she said, "I'm gonna have to learn what's all in the store." She checked me out and the other employee was still on the phone.

there were a lot of great choices at this particular store. I would just have 1 thing i really didnt like; that was the organization, merchandising or even grouping of items made it difficult to quickly find what u were looking 4. But, it has a great selection, friendly employees and is not overly crowded nor is it completely without customers. Enjoyable shopping and good prices

Very nice clean store, that has good prices on everything from general grocery items, toiletries, kitchen and bathroom accessories, auto consumables, and even cell phones. Although, most of their stock focuses on the needs of the budget consciousness they have a bit of everything and with lots of parking.

I’ve stopped in here a few times and every time I am greeted and helped to find what I’m looking for. The entire building was clean and organized. Really good prices and well stocked items.

Never had any issues. Manager and staff friendly. Cheaper than walmart on most things and easier to get into and out & does not have a long wait for the 1 register!

They have just about anything you could possibly need. The employees are the best; they're friendly and helpful and remember you from previous visits. This is my "go to" store.

This place has an ATM. The also offer cashback for a small fee, but sometimes they do not have enough cash in the drawer to actually offer this option. Therefore, check with the cashier before your transaction.

This is the only store of any type in this town that caters to WOC hair care products and a side selection of products. However I've noticed the employee turnover rate is quite high, and normally understaffed on the weekends, which makes for longer wait times.
