Items/food are rather pricey in the store, but that is your typical truck stop. They are all like that. Over all a nice place if you need to stop on the road to get something while traveling. Workers were friendly. Store was clean.

I deliver for FedEx and I stop here at the end of my route. Idk what to say other than it's your typical pilot with a subway in it 🤷. The staff there are friendly and welcoming and I like to poop in their bathroom before heading back 👍👍

Get fuel here all the time the workers are definitely excellent people now the conditions outside are in terrible shape I climbed down from my truck and my foot went in a pot hole causing me to twist my ankle if I don't drive I don't get paid I contacted corporate and advised them of the hole and that I was injured during my visit they said they would get risk management out there ASAP to take care of the prob ist still there so watch your step at pump 22 they can get sued over this but I won't be doing that this for now

I breeze through on the interstates often. Every time I’ve come into this location everybody has been so nice and friendly. This last time it was Sarah and Carla. Very friendly and always polite. And they have a sense of humor! A sense of humor goes along way :-)Thanks again guys! I’ll see you next time I am on the road passing through.PS. Very clean bathrooms as well!!

It's a PFJ, so not much to say.They are all cookie cutter with the same old stuff. Roller dogs and junk food. Real food is severely overpriced!!

Regret spending $600 in fuel, both dryers were out of service. Meaning no laundry service available. Should have stopped at the Love's. Unfortunately spending 1 billion dollars over the next 3 / 4 years will not even begin to remedy the core service issues of this corporate failure. Laundry machines are leased, so as a store manager why have you not insisted that CSC show up to repair the machines? As a 24 hr business you need to operate in a manner that problems are resolved to minimize the inconvenience to the customer. Along with the lack of consistent availability of restaurants at several Flying J facilities, the minor issues are enough to cause the loss of customers. Take notice that you are losing customers that will never return.

I have been a long time customer thru many years. This being a rural area, and me living 2 counties away I don't get to visit often, but I always plan to stop at the Pilot when going thru or near this area. Or any Pilot actually. Love to browse/shop at the Pilots. Ya just never know what your gonna find. I didn't enter the store this time, just stopped for the best fuel price in 3 counties. Thanks yall.😃

Door was closed with a sign that said not open due to power issues lights are on in the store workers were standing outside and you could still pump gas. But you couldn't buy any food get a drink or use the toilet

I only fueled here. I didn't go inside. The entrance and exit to the Pilot is very confusing. The road leading in is rough. A few signs directing traffic is highly suggested.
