went in to buy a ring, didn’t have the right size so the woman says they can ship it off, on first sight could definitely tell that neither one of the workers had any idea on what they were doing considering they sit there and laughed for 5 minutes straight because they couldn’t count change. 2 weeks ago and yet still no update on the ring and still no ring

Its ok for the most part. This store has the same problems as any other Walmarts I'm sure. No cashier's and too many people standing around like they have nothing to do. It's annoying. But they generally are helpful when needed. However, THEY DO NOT HAVE GOOGLE PAY OR APPLE PAY!!!! That is my issue with them. I thought in this day and age EVERYONE had tap and pay but not them...smh

I always enjoy stopping by this store when I'm in town. It's always clean the staff are excellent and always willing to go out of their way to help with anything I've ever needed

Was generally pleasantly surprised by this location and as much as selection of items. Store was well stocked. Check out experience was terrible. No full service lines were open so we had to go to the self checkout which I have a humanly opposed anyway unless you have just a couple items. We however had almost $300 worth of groceries that we had to check out ourselves. NOT COOL, WALMART. There were literally a handful of employees standing around watching us all check ourselves out, never mind the fact that almost everyone around us had some sort of issue while attempting to do the self checkout, as we did.

August 27 between the hrs of 2-3 pm .First time stopping by there passing thru. Very clean place. No issue with the store itself. Only problem was I was shopping around and there was an older man (employee) there stocking merchandise. When I say that looks could kill ,that man watched me with such hatred. I was waiting for him to call me the n-word and tell me to get out of the store. As safety precaution I wouldn't recommend anybody of color to visit there. I am not saying everyone has that same mentality there but majority usually rule in smaller towns like that. Just sad that it's almost 2023 and that type of hatred is alive and rising.

I usually find what I need and more but I have issues with having employees readily available in Sporting Goods and Electronics. Two busy departments and they connect so you have to walk a bit on most of the visits in this section to find assistance. These sections have a lot of things locked up so you have to have assistance. I have left more than once and went else where for what I needed or ordered online. Then I have had more than one experience with the most rude customer service employee up front. She has an attitude as soon as she sees you standing there like the customer is bothering her and in more than one visits when my bf use to cash his paycheck and put part on the Walmart card and part cash she never would listen to what he wanted and one of the Walmart card benefits is a discount when doing part on the card when cashing a paycheck. She would do it wrong and she would always say it was our fault for not telling her as we had both the paycheck and the card to her. So she would do 2 transactions and no discount and she said she could not cancel it and we were done. She is very rude in her words, the tone of her voice, her body language and her face. She is determined she is always right and cold about every transaction we have had with her. She needs to be trained about her body language or move her to the back where she doesn't have customer contact.Thank goodness the rude lady hasnt been seen there lately. The ladies at the service desk are very helpful.

I will never go back to this Walmart I had a dead car battery ran to the doors in the rain and was turned away at 10:50pm saying they were closed when they close at 11pm now I could understand if the store was empty but it wasn't still had people in checkout and walking around the woman was rude she said ugh were closed I said don't you close at 11 she said we close when I lock those doors!!! I worked at Walmart years ago your not allowed to talk to customers like that.... so I'm stranded with my 2 kids in the rain because they don't wanna do there job or close early

I am so tired of some of the employee's and their Accusatory Attitude! If Wal-Mart is so afraid of theft then close the self check outs, hire and train employees to bag items correctly. NO, I dont need helping bagging my items. You have not been trained properly.Some of the self check out cashiers will accuse customers of not scamning an item before they look at and/or scroll through their hand helds. Which shows what is being scanned.The Cart Pushers/Collectors are the hardest working employees and deserve a big raise. They are out in all types of weather, dealing with walking and driving customers, while pushing multiple carts back to the store.

This is in no reflection of our Walmart. The staff are amazing. But Walmart, you are absolutely ridiculous. We all have shopped at many a walmart for most of our lives. Never in my life have I had so many grocery bags break. They broke on the handles and on the bottoms. I even had then break while I was bagging my groceries at the store so I took the time to double bag them. But I was not surprised that most still fell through when I was trying to take them into my home. You have plenty of money to ensure that we ha e decent bags to carry the items we buy in your store safely into our homes. Stop being cheap. This is ridiculous.

Money being counted in the open!! Casual discussion across customers while counting with another cashier which caused over a minute of delay for one check out. Not a single employee out in the store to help. Just was really aggravated by the time I got checked out. I feel that a customer should get 100% attention from a paid employee. Not that they can't have a work related discussion but having one about off-site activities is completely out of the question. Probably won't visit again.

Thank you Walmart for letting me park overnight w my truck i did spend $160. nice store,,i always call ahead and ask and the girl asked i guess the manager and said ok for the night along the picket/wood fence so come in by the front and take left at light .,,please be respectful and keep it clean dont mess it up for the rest of us..,,parking is very clean and lit up at night and store was fully stocked (lots of goodies) and friendly staff....thanks again..!!...

Was at the morganfield location this evening and was extremely disappointed. The self checkout was acting up again, (as always) so it was a hectic checkout.. the young lady that was working the area was watching on her screen as we checked out... she called someone over and was speaking with them, I noticed because when it wasn't working again I had to look her way to get her attention to fix it on her end.. when I finished my son and I walked to put change in the children's charity thing at the front of the store and I noticed she hurried over to the register I was on as soon as I walked off.. she reprinted my receipt and took it to the manager at the service desk. I walked over and asked if there was a problem with my receipt and no one would answer me. They told me to wait for the manager. The young lady working that did all this commotion wouldn't even look at me or speak . The manager then said there was a little problem she had caught when I was checking out. I went over my receipt and noticed one of my gallons of milk didn't scan when the register was messing up. I apologized and then paid for my other milk. My problem is, if she is paid to stand there and watch to catch a problem.. why did she not come to me and politely let me know? Why did she run around and treat me like I was a thief and then not even answering me when I asked if there was an issue? I have never felt so humiliated in a store before. It took 4 people up there looking at me like I did something wrong and still wouldn't tell me the issue. I am very frustrated and will probably not go back into this location again. I've already spoke to a few people and they agree...

My biggest issue with a store is cleanliness. The restrooms at the Hanson Walmart are clean when I use them and the store in general appears clean as well. When I need help finding something, workers are courteous and most of the time actually take me to the product I'm looking for.I have no problems with returns - of course I always have a receipt. So, in general, I get from Walmart what I need and am able to do business with them easily.

Rudeness is abundant here. Employees can't be bothered to answer questions. Cashier does not know basic produce (had to ask if item was a cucumber..., it was!) and customer needs to pay attention so that they are not overcharged.

Last Monday night I received my stimulus check in the mail so I called Walmart in Morganfield and asked if they would cash my check? The young lady replied "yes" we do. Once I got there the employees where fast, friendly, and smiling.

Wal-Mart is definitely one of my favorite department stores. It is a budget-friendly place where you can get all your shopping needs done at one time. You can get your clothes, hygiene, toys and games, electronics, and your groceries all in one place. That is what I absolutely adore about the store. The biggest plus to me is it saves me more money to spend on luxuries and leisures so I can enjoy my family and myself.

It was a tipical Walmart, not enough registers available for checkout. So, it's either stand in a line 6 feet apart or use the self checkout, which is what you're goal is, I detest using it, so even though it kills my back and legs. I don't go unless I have to, our daughter does most of our shopping. I am not happy with the self checkout, my grandson used one to check out week before Christmas bought 3 gift cards, The one he gave me didn't put the credit of $50.00 on it, even though it debited his ATM back card for $150. I have tried all ways I have been told to get this corrected. I have gotten the run around each time. I would appreciate your help with this problem one of your self checkout has created. He works hard for his money as we all do, so this is to much to loose, in fact when you think about this he has actually lost $100.00. Inwhich you gained, in what I detest (self checkout).

We have a small Wal-Mart today some of the shelves were bare. But we substituted so we bought everything on our list. We use self check 98 percent of the time. They scan your receipt and any Un bagged items and your good to go.
