My experience with this store has been limited,however my fiance hasn't had good experiences.A couple of weeks ago we stopped so my fiance could ask a couple of questions about his new sub and Amp he just got.A worker named Michael came out to the car and was looking and just giving suggestions.We were getting ready to leave when the manager who wasn't even at work pulled up was very disrespectful to my fiance and to the worker.I understand he had other things to do but isn't the point of being a car/car part store to help customers with their cars and accessories for their car?My fiance has determined he will not go here unless he has no choice.

The customer service at this store is so amazing. Everyone, and I mean everyone at this store is so helpful , knowledgeable and so so patient. Other than adding gas,oil and some wiper fluid I knew the bare minimal about vehicular maintenance.UNTIL, the Gals and Guys at O’Reillys auto part gave me the instructions, tools and the confidence to put in my own battery, an a/c clutch relay AND!!!!!!! A dog gone alternator in my 01 Acura TL. 6 days, YouTube and a bunch of trips to OReillys and a little bit of help from some helpful not so helpful spectators it’s actually running!!! Thanks to you all at OReillys in Morganfield, I am ready to rebuild my engine now!!!

Prices are outrageous. The employees try but not all really know what they need too. I have returned things because I was given the wrong part in the wrong box which was previously open. I would rather order on line and wait 2 days if it isn't an emergency.

The particular O'reilly's knows what they are doing, expedited transactions. Where as the one in Madisonville they will take forever to answer the phone. Then they put you on hold and never come back in the line. Also on several occasions I've asked the price of a part and they say Thier is no such part. Then I turn around and call the morganfield store and they know what part I'm asking about and they will give me the price and if they don't have it in stock they will order it and it will be there the next day
