Hands down the best Dairy Queen I've ever been to the hamburger look better than what the picture look like the blizzard was phenomenal the service was excellent I don't know whoever their manager is but there wasn't a kid over there that was over the age of 20 and they were all trained extremely well every single one of them was happy so whoever the general manager is for this Dairy Queen definitely needs to get a pat on their back because they're knocking it out of the ballpark

Went in and made a to go order for chicken strip value meal & upped it to a blizzard. I ask if they did senior citizen discount & was told yes. She rang it up and it came to $19.08. I ask if that was with the discount and she said yes. In checking my ticket there was no discount given. The lady that checked me out out was not friend at all but I will say the lady that brought me my sack of food was very friendly.

Food tasted ok. Ordered 6 piece chicken fingers with upgrade of onion rings. $7.99 for original meal then .79 upgrade for onion rings, I spent almost $9.00. When I asked for a extra gravy was informed that it would cost an additional .84Also any sauce would be same. Asked for ketchup for my onion rings, I was handed 3-4 packets that was stuck together, sticky and very gross!! I brought this to a manager's attention and he responded "they get that way sometimes". I feel sorry for people who have no other choices of fast food!

Our town has limited choices as far as dining establishments......Dairy Queen is one of the better ones. They are quick, employees pleasant, fair prices, good parking and clean.I gave 3 stars because not everyone wanted to order a burger....grilled or not. I would personally suggest more sandwich options & breakfast options.If I want chicken strips w/gravy or ice cream treats, this is where I go. Frozen yogurt would also be an added option for people who are watching their weight.....great taste too ☺🍨🍦

The food was hot. I ordered chicken strip lunch menu. Everything was great. It did take a little bit to get but I'm sure it was cool to order. I recommend their ice cream they give a good helping for the hot fudge sundae.

Apparently ice cream was soft today so my blizzard couldn't be flipped and was runny like a milkshake!! When I asked for it to be fixed they acted beyond stupid and when I asked to speak to a manager I was told she wasn't there "which was a lie" . I simply wanted my blizzard fixed but they acted like they didnt know what to do. I eventually went in and qsked for it to be fixed it wasn't so I just asked for a refund I wouldn't recommend going to dairy queen any time soon

Huge changes have occurred here. A few months ago you could have started and finished college before you'd get your food. Recently service has been shockingly quick. Food has been accurate and seemingly fresh. The much needed changes seem to have made.

Absolutely disgusting everywhere. Always slow service and food quality is mediocre at best. Going thru the drive thru is a huge inconvenience as their ancient mic box barely works so they can hardly hear you and you can hardly hear them. Completely disappointing and sad that it's one of like three fast food places here.

Food is good, staff mostly nice, sometimes it fluctuates a bit but we all have bad days 😆 Just make sure you check your order before you drive off, especially your sauces for the chicken strips. Out of the last 5 stops, I think only one was correct when I arrived at home.🙄 Shame on me for not checking it before I drove off...

So I have been going to the Morganfield Dairy Queen ever since I can remember, but after the past few times and after tonight i will never go there again. I pull in at 9:12pm and am waiting in line and as I'm pulling up to the speaker the light get shut off and they will not take my order. Look I get that yall wanna go home as much as everyone else. But I am literally the very last person in line, been there since before your closing time and your just gonna shut the lights off and act like I'm not there? That's a piss poor way to treat customers and that's also how you lose them. McDonald's is cheaper anyway. Thanks!

They have good food but too bad they don't have doordash like the other restaurants in Morganfield.. I had to edit my review because they didn't address me personally they gave me a standard reply...Features: They don't have doordash in Morganfield Kentucky like other restaurants here. Doordash helps the community.

I work at a Dairy Queen and it takes about 6 minutes to make a crispy and when I ordered one I got it within a few minutes and my fry’s were old… also could barely bite into my crispy chicken

Stopped in to get a quick artesian sandwich in Morganfield. Who gives 3 workers breaks from 6.30-7.00pm on Wednesday local church nite. One worker kept taking new orders but no one to sack them. After 30 mins several of us waiting. No food and no refund. They had lost my ticket. I left w/o food or money as I had to be at airport. Wont be back anytime soon.

Kind of ridiculous of how the new $5 salad lunch wasn't even full! I get more in a side salad then that! I want my money back. Waited 10 minutes and it wasn't even worth the money
