Amending this review .. Service today is totally unacceptable. You don't treat ppl this way.Today, 04/27/2024, I called at 10 am to refill my prescription. I was told it would be ready in 30 to 45 minutes. I have a life to live. I went at 1:30 pm & was told it wasn't ready PLUS they were closing for lunch, I would have to wait. This type of service is unacceptable. This prescription is for Pain management. I've been in pain for hours and will continue to be in pain until they refill this prescription. Totally unacceptable service and attitude.The store actually had what we were looking for. However, I wish they had more riding wheelchairs. They only have 2 and were on the charge when we came in. Other than that, the employees were courteous and helpful.

I regularly shop here. It is usually clean, floor associates are usually helpful and polite, and they seem to be pretty good at staffing as the wait lines are usually minimal even at peak shopping times. The customer service desk associates are awful. Regularly rude. They will often be wandering around joking and chitchatting with cashiers even if there are noticeably people waiting at customer service. I've witnessed customers being yelled at but never experienced it myself. They also regularly talk very badly about other customers in front of customers, making it a very uncomfortable and unprofessional environment. If you have any need of customer service, I would drive to Winchester or Jackson instead of Morehead, 100%.

If you want All Natural Ice Cream, not a box of gum that won't melt, get Häagen-Dazs. It might be a little more, but I've found when it melts, all of it melts. They don't skimp on ingredients either.

All the rude northerners gather here… a lot of folks off the interstate traveling. Walmart is never a good shopping experience. Self checkout is horrible.. then again they don’t staff 98% of the registers even back when only humans worked there… There is so much they could improve upon, however if the owners can continue lining their pockets, why not operate at bottom-teir level if it doesn’t effect sales? Cash collection is top priority at the Walmart corporation, and it shows. Buy your groceries at Kroger, or a mom n pop shop…

I'm sick and tired of the front women's bathroom being closed for cleaning. I can't always get to the rear of the store in time before having an accident. You NEED to put up more signs telling people to treat the bathroom with respect for others that can't make it to the rear of the store!!!!!!

I was told it was $20.00 to mount and balance a tire. Sent my son to have 2 tires mounted and balanced he was told it would be $59.95 since we didn’t buy the tires there. Spoke with management was told that’s corporates rule. They gouge the consumer to no end. The next time something falls on me and puts a gash in my head, I will happily sue Wal-Mart. Not one to gouge anyone for anything but Wal-Mart has it coming.

Everywhere my husband has always went to get a gun they have always allowed me to help him with paperwork cause he’s not good with it well today we went in morehead Walmart to look at the guns he bought one well the guy asked him will you need help with your background check he said no cause I was there to help him well I was helping him half way through and the guy was rude and told me I needed to look away from the computer I was not allowed to help him of course I was mad cause out of all the guns he’s bought even at other Walmarts this jerk was the first to have a problem with it but I still don’t get if he asked if he needed help with the paperwork why would someone trust some random person to help them with paperwork like that so I just don’t see why that was a problem

They've taken over and for Ed all the locks shops to close because they can't compete. They constantly accuse you of stealing and when you prove them wrong they still act like you did something wrong. Worst Walmart I've ever been to. If I could get most things elsewhere I would and do for the most part. I only go here when I have no other choices. Kroger is much better, even though they may be like 5% more expensive. Well worth the costs to not have to deal with this monstrosity of a "business". 1 star because I can't go any lower.

This place amazes me at how the employees, especially the loss protection incorporate employees to harass, stalk, and accuse customers of things that are untrue. They have the ability to manage the so called evidence In such a way that your guilty, even if not guilty. It's a damn shame

I like Walmart. But the Auto Care Center can be slow. So try to drop off your car as soon as they open (7am). And then get a ride back home. Otherwise, if you shop for groceries, then the frozen and refrigerated groceries may spoil while you wait.

Good Wal-Mart. As an out-of-towner, I enjoyed looking at the Christian clothing and a few Kentucky clothing options. Only odd thing is that they didn't have any baskets. I only needed a couple small things but had to get a big cart to navigate through the store. I looked for and then was informed that they didn't have baskets. Not a big deal though.

My grandson and I went to the electronics Department to look at i phones. I was interested in purchasing one for him as a late Valentine's present. We were working on a budget of $250/$300. He decided on the iPhone 11. I told him that if we ordered on line he could get the iPhone 12 for $249, but he was very happy getting the 11 today. Thank You Walmart for helping me make him Happy 😁

One of the most organized Walmart stores I have ever been inside. Super clean. Huge selection of Cricut material. The lay out is different than I’m used to, but still overall, I would choose this store over my home town.

Well stocked and friendly staff. Found a few items that another location never stocks. Very quick in and out thanks to self checkout. All products are always in good shape and of decent quality. Will definitely use this store again!

This Walmart has an eye care center, grocery, and also an automotive care center. There is also a liquor store attached.
