Today was the 2nd time we had gone in to shop and tried to use Klarna but wasn't able to. We had the money to pay in full both times, but four pay is a nice option - especially when it is advertised on the windows, throughout the store, and at the cash registers.The cashier couldn't find the space bar typing in our information to use our virtual card, so she had to call her boss. She hung up and told us they no longer accept virtual cards. I asked her if they'll be taking the signs off the windows (and everywhere else), and she said she guesses.The employee herself was nice but we won't be shopping at that store again.

The employees were extremely helpful and nice. Not with just finding your shoes but she also helped me locate a store I couldn’t find in town. They were patient and understanding as well. Highly recommend the store!

I advise everyone to stay away from this store. Spent the day taking my 8 year old son to the cave run fishing derby then proceeded to take him to the lake to fish the rest of the day. So yea we were dirty and not looking the best when we stopped to get new shoes. Payed for 3 pair of shoes($160.00) to have Morehead police department show up when was was walking out because was told we looked like we might steal something. Yea I had them refund my money because obviously we wasn't good enough to be shopping there to begin with. Glad I heard the cop ask the salesperson who it was and heard they was talking about us or this crooked place would have sold 3 pair of shoes to to a family enjoying a nice day and just because we were a little dirty thought we looked like thieves..

I had a great experience at the Shoe Sensation. The store was out of the size shoes I had found in the store. The Associate was so helpful to order the same shoes online for me and I still got the discounted price. The shoes were shipped right to my home within a few days and the experience with the Associate was very pleasant! Thanks!

Very helpful and friendly staff. They will help you find the best shoes for you instead of directing you straight to the most expensive ones. I bought a pair yesterday and forgot to use a coupon. So I took my receipt and the coupon in today, and they were cheery about applying it, not annoyed.
