I really don't know what to say. About Lowe's, they do have just about everything you're looking for problem. He is, it is not adequately signed to where you can find simple things like screws and stuff like that and is very discouraging. When you walk in and you have 3 Or 4 people on the counter and no 1's there plus very seldom. Can you find a associate that is willing to Stop and say hi, SiR from the lows. May I help you? You have to literally stop them and ask them. And at times you come across those that do not seem like that. They want to help you. And then you have some that are very helpful. But I worked at Lowe's for 18 months as a plumbing pro. And it is my opinion and it is the way we were trained that you greeted every customer and asked them if there was something that you could help them with. This store does not offer that. You have to literally find an associate. That works the area just to get help. Their response time on their buzzer. Bell is not good. So this store, in my opinion could stand some more back to basic customer relations.

No one could tell us where to go or what to do with help for a contractor to get the correct lights fixtures for our house. Got pointed to a box of lightbulbs, customer service called for election for help but he never showed up.

Lowe's associates are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.I came in to find two items and check prices on two more. First item is no longer available, later during my visit the associate I had asked about it found me again to give more information along with ideas for where I might find an alternate. Above and beyond, thanks!Four stars, only because it's a corporate big box store and by nature is bad for small businesses

Nothing I was looking for was located where their app said it was. What they said they had in stock was not in stock, it was floor displays. App said it could be delivered by next day was told in store it would be three or four days. When you need a washer and dryer for 7 people in your household you can't wait when you go to purchase something you expect to find what you've researched. Ended up buying not what we were wanting but settling for less because we had to have something immediately. Very disappointing 😞

Service was remarkable at this particular Lowe’s Home Improvement. We received assistance at every turn. You guys seem to like your jobs! We got help finding everything we needed for an entire bathroom remodel in a week.The service provided by the manager and cashiers - all throughout the week - was excellent. Also, a huge shout out to the gentleman who helped us load our truck. Thank you! Your store could serve as a model of customer service for other Lowe’s stores.

Zero customer service, zero employees, will NOT cover their warranties, deliver broken appliances..if there were a zero star option, that would be my rating. Morehead Lowe’s, and Lowe’s in general is a terrible business and I will be filing a class action lawsuit as well as contacting the Better Business Bureau.

Update 2 Aug 2022: store is clean, management seems to have improved! Customer service at the return counter and cashiers is awesome!Very short staff employees! Waited in paint for about 30 minutes and no one could find anyone from paint! Sounds like a management problem! Employees don’t just do this! Management allows it! << leadership 101!! The store is clean, employees that you can find are friendly as well as helpful! Prices are ok! <<< inflations fault! I’d shop here again but would call ahead to make sure the people I need are there!

Giving compliments where they're due to one of the members of the team at Lowe's #1808 (Morehead, Ky). Trey back in the Electrical and Plumbing area has been extremely helpful this week. I've been in there 3 or 4 times and pestered him each time, and each time he's been helpful in finding exactly what I was needing. Sometimes I go in and can't find hardly anyone there to help me...not finding fault in the employees that are there though, corporate needs to get their rear in gear and hire enough people so they aren't understaffed. They'll run off good employees by overworking them. Thank you Trey for your assistance and I hope the higher up's credit you for doing your job well!

Terrible customer service. Was told one thing in the store about delivery of an appliance and when it ended up being different called to ask and they basically said not our problem and didn’t even try to resolve our issue. Considering canceling and getting our money back and going to purchase our refrigerator else where.

It may not have everything that you need 100% of the time but they have friendly staff that'll help you find substitutes and recommend how to go about repairs and such if necessary. The military discount has helped me out a lot too

Lowe’s is a go to for anything you need for your home! The employees have gotten much better at helping customers lately. They had gotten to where Noone barely asked if you needed help, but under the new management of Ronnie, it has gotten much better. This is a really good store now.

Service is usually fairly friendly, and the store stays about as clean as you would expect for that type of thing. They have a very nice selection and the paint counter is particularly helpful. My main complaint is with the customer assistance. Workers are very helpful, IF you can find one. It once took me an about hour to find somebody (who wasnt already assisting other customers). It got to the point where I just went to the service desk and had them page somebody (which they had to do 3 times over the course of another half hour). After somebody was finally located to help me, they were helpful and it went much faster.

I was at the Morehead ky lowes today.I had a 2300.00 dollar order the guys in lumber department helped load it on carts pushed it out to the truck and loaded it. Very good service. I have been in other lowes stores and they didn’t help you do anything

was just in the Lowes in Morehead Ky. I had over $600 in my cart and spent 2+ hrs in the store. When I got to the front the front there were no cashiers. You lost the sale and lost the business permanently. I do have a contractor business. I will NOT use the self check out as it is your place to hire employees. I do not work for Lowes.
