Why is it that I can never get down the aisles when visiting this store. It is like a maze to get through this store for a few simple items. There are always roll carts in the aisles stocked full of merchandise the associates need to put on the shelf to sell. I think they more staff hired or something.

I was able to find the items I needed with ease and the clerk was very polite, courtesy, professional and friendly!Only place to find this coffee and at this bargain 😀 THANK YOU DG in downtown 😀 👍 😊

Not handicap friendly. You cant get down any isle with a wheelchair bc there is always stuff sitting there! This is especially bad for the people that live in town bc this is the only place they can shop without having to rely on others for a ride to Walmart.

I really like the Dollar General. I shop there almost every day for some item or another. I get the majority of my non grocery items and snacks from this store. I have a very bad back and they are very kind to me and usually carry out my 32 count bottled water to my car for me if they have a person available who can break away to do it. They have a lot of self branded items that are very reasonable in price.I really like shopping at the Dollar General.

Dollar General is a great little store. I do the majority of my shopping at the Dollar General store. They have a little bit of everything. They have all types of dog and cat food that I use. I get all of my cleaning supplies there. I get all of my over the counter medications there, I get my dog's potty pads and treats there and my husband's snacks there. I even get a few of my household groceries there. It really IS a general store. It sure does save me a boatload of money from where I used to shop at a major retailer. I was spending at least 50% more when I was shopping there but my grocery bill sure shrank when I started shopping at the Dollar General store.

The employees at this location are very friendly and helpful and tend to try to keep the store better stocked and cleaned than some DG locations! One thing that was an added bonus was not only do they have a public restroom that is clean this is the only place I've used a public restroom that actually had hot water in the bathroom sink so you don't have to freeze your finders off just to get clean!

Good selection, and the people who work at this particular Dollar General are so nice and friendly. They couldn't be sweeter to our two grandsons, and the boys can't wait to go there to see them whenever they come to stay with us .

Management is totally rude, especially when your items isn't ringing up for the price displayed on the shelf and you bring it to their attention. Dollar General supposed to honor those prices but management here will tell you that your not getting it for that and take it or leave it. Also the cleanliness of this store is awful for a place of business.

Stores cleanliness needs much to be desired,trash around the cart areas and stores overall appearance was dirty ,paper on floors , boxes of deb rte is and trash the store employees were in a recovery mode as well has stocking replacement inventories. On my scale I would have to give this store a 4 out of 10

As a store manager of a grocery chain myself i pay close attention to my customer reviews on my store so when i go somewhere not only do i notice things wrong but i try to recognize the good. I'm from Grayson and this store is layed out a lot differently than most ive been in so i had trouble finding things but what made it the most rewarding was that you had a cashier up front that was extremely friendly and extremely helpful even checked back with me to make sure i found it okay. Customer service was a A++. 5 stars!

A lot of new things and prices reasonable just out of of a certain dog treats my dog Harley will eat and hes allowed in the store and all the workers just love him and he loves them on us 60 East thatS MY DOLLAR STORE!!

Same as any other dollar general, but smaller. The workers are always friendly and helpful. Its easy to get in and out. The cashiers are speedy.

A good place to run in for a few items. Good variety and friendly cashiers. But I didn't find anyone on the floor to assist. So it's a find it yourself store.

Very upset with the dollar generals here in the Morehead area your company have them specials for a reason. And yes Managers I know why you do it, you dont like those small bonus checks but you company tells you to do it one way and you do it your way, come on people work hard here and most make minimum wage so help the underdogs get ahead instead of taking it away

To whom it may concern, the cashier lady was more interested in her phone than checking out customers causing a big line. She even gave us a dollar too much back! Maybe hire someone who actually pays attention. I'm sure there's alot of people out there who'd love that job... SMH

I needed Gerber baby banana food and there was a lot of people online but that didn't stop the Dollar General employee from making everyone weight on me so he could show me where the baby food was. We went back there together I bought every single thing of bananas they had and a couple other varieties just to round out the edges. I got back to the front finished checking out. Everyone else in line hated us but that was just fine. This guy was tall obviously a college student short dreads and customer service skills that are sharpened to a razor point. Go Eagles basketball!

Went here to check for the neck gaiters but they didn't have any. They did have a fully stocked Halloween themed mask section though and for only $2 a mask I couldn't pass it up!!

Its a dollar store. You can't really expect much. They stay pretty clean, workers are pretty quick and helpful, and the shopping selection is exactly what you would expect.

Not my favorite Dollar General. Messy, crowded, understaffed...Not horrible (it is clean) but I go to other Dollar General locations when I have ANY extra time.

The employees are the rudest people. The older gentleman working followed us to our vehicle and then accused of trying to steal a cart. As long as he is working there I will not go back.
