The employee was rude several people walked cause she said she was busy use yhe self check out and all she was doing was drinking coffee while leaning against a wall. The poor old women should have just walked out with her stuff

It's OK for odds and ends that you need on short notice, but I wouldn't do any serious shopping here. Checkout is usually a long process, invariably with people complaining about the self-checkout machines recently installed, or getting confused and slowing down the process even more; if they are even working. If not, then it's down to a single employee doing the checkout.

I went in to use coupons for items and the cashiers saw I was there using them just as soon as I got there. They caused me to waste my time altogether being there because when I checked out that's when I was informed that I could only use 1 coupon per transaction per day!! Resulting in me walking away from the store without purchasing anything. They saw I was using the coupon, they could have told me that as soon as they saw me or 1 of the other 500 times the walked by me in the store that day, I would never have wasted so much time in there to begin with!! Then come to find out it was not the policy they said was new!! The employees had made up their own policy and told lies about how many you can use etc...

Always well stocked, fast and friendly staff. My go-to for staples when I get home every couple weeks, so I can avoid the big box stores. I really appreciate the good selection frozen and refrigerated food, canned meats and veggies so I can make a quick home cooked meal off the shelf.

Everytime I shop here I have to have the cashier go back and check prices. There sales are never right. For example coke was on sale for 3 for $4 and my total came up to $7 and change so I told the girl they were on sale and what the price should be but I also told her that the same sign the sale was on had individual prices that only came to $5 so in other words not only was the sale price wrong but the regular price was wrong as well and that was only one time of shopping their ... I have also had problems with the cashier's always having an attitude when I ask to rung up after standing at the register for 5 min. with a screaming baby in my hands. When I asked to speak to a manager not only was I unable to do so but the I could hear the manager on the phone ( when the cashier called) and they were not only insulting me as the customer but they were also rude to the employee over all I don't really care for this dollar general .. I could get better service from a 🐔 chicken 🐔 I will not be returning to this particular store anytime in the near future .... Also the ebtrance/exit is dangerous I was almost hit my first time thereIt's a shame considering it's convenient to my location

Extremely rude store employees. I witnessed two female employees verbally attacking a delivery driver. Discriminating against him because of his weight. I heard them call him a mother f*cker and they were yelling at him. Very unprofessional. It makes the dollar general look like a bunch of trashy hillbillies. I will not return to this business. Disgusting behavior.

Worst experience EVER! I had coupons with my purchase, and the cashier was being VERY hostile, she shoved the coupon in my face and told me that I didn't know what it said. After I got stern right back she re-read it and found out that I was right and didn't apologize or anything. I didn't care that the coupon didn't scan, it was just her attitude! Oh and the cashier were too busy talking in the isle way to notice that there was a HUGE line forming at the check out! I will NEVER go back to this Dollar General. I'm sticking with the one in Flemingsburg!

A mess! Very disorganized and cluttered. The staff are ok but not helpful. The restrooms were dirty. The prices are low but so is the quality of products.

Easy in, easy out. Essentials (bread and milk) often get low on Sunday. Otherwise, there's a good selection, good prices, and friendly staff.

The kid working the register was to worried about calling his nerd buddies to talk wizards and dtogons to bother and give us the right change. In the end he rang it up wrong and tried to give me the wrong change. I bet his parents must be proud.

I shop here everyday almost and except for one or two o the employees they all know me and treat me with respect as I do them it is almost as if I'm part of there dollar store family.
