So I’ve ordered food here several times hoping for change but I guess that’s too much to ask, the double cheeseburger was once my favorite sandwich but of late the meat is always like beef jerky and very dry I’ve even asked about why they microwave it further and they reply it’s to melt the cheese but if the burger was at least semi fresh it should be warm enough to melt the cheese but I feel like the microwaving just further dries out the meat so it’s generally black and dry when you get it. Super disappointing!!!

The last couple times I’ve went in there of a evening the food has Been bad, and the way they treat. Customers is ridiculous. I went in there one night during work and tried to get my order taken and they just stood there and stared at me and took 15 minutes to take my order and ended up getting the wrong order anyways. I am a corrections officer so maybe thats what the problem was. I will never order from here again after the way me and my co workers were treated.

I have ordered from this restaurant multiple times a week through DoorDash and at the store. I have never had an issue until today. They normally will add what I want to my blizzard without an issue just like every other DQ I’ve ever been too but today I was told they wouldn’t do it and after having to cancel my DoorDash order and losing $21 I asked to speak with a member of management and was spoken with horrible disrespect. The girl I was talking to claimed to be a supervisor which if true shows why I will no longer go to this location. She talked to me like I was a child then refuses to let me speak to the manager and after finally telling her I would come down there if needed she got nasty and handed the phone to her manager finally. The manager was pretty much useless and acted like he didn’t care one way or the other. Stay away from the DQ in downtown Morehead. I would be ashamed to be this girls parents!

I rarely post anything negative or leave bad reviews for businesses because I believe in giving grace and second chances. And as a former business owner, I understand things happen. However, sometimes business owners take advantage of people being quiet. I got lunch for Kyle and it was just shy of $12! 🤯 I gave the lady my Spirit card that clearly says 10% off ANY purchase. She said it won’t give the discount and when I questioned why she asked the manager who said “because it’s a meal”. I told her that the last time they told me it was because it was a drink. She then stated that it was just meals and drinks that the discount doesn’t work on🙄 When I pointed out that this is clearly false advertising she said “they changed it after the card was printed”. 😠 I don’t know about everyone else but I’m personally getting tired being gouged for subpar food & service and then made to feel like the business is always right. What has happened to customer service? I actually don’t enjoy going out anymore for this reason. Rant over! DO BETTER MOREHEAD DOWNTOWN DQ 😡

Rude and extremely unfriendly service. I went through the drive thru to get 2 pup cups (I had TWO dogs in my vehicle) and to pick up a mobile order (one 85 cent blizzard). When I pulled up to the speaker, the woman at the mic was very rude and seemed upset/hostile that I was only asking for pup cups. If she would've waited, not cutting me off and telling me to pull around before i was finished, she would've also heard that I had a mobile order as well. I get to the window, the man at the drive thru looking my car over and a woman (I assume from the mic) doing the same, as if i was lying about the dogs in my vehicle. They handed me the pup cups and immediately slammed the window in my face and refused to look at me. I sat there waiting to ask about my mobile order and, after about a minute or two, I was greeted with a "what?". I explained that I had a mobile order, a small blizzard, and gave the name for the order. The man turned to the older lady and, right in front of me, began talking about me. "Well she didn't say she had one at the speaker! She should've." The cherry on top: I was given the wrong blizzard but did receive another window slammed in my face before I could correct their mistake. So, yeah -- don't eat here.

Well the first thing was our French fries were hard and cold. I took them up to the counter, told the young man my problem he said he would take care of it right away . When he brought the French fries he said "To be careful they were hot". So that was taken care of but the other problem was my friends sandwich had only one slice of bacon and wasn't made very well. All in all I think they were just too busy and not enough people working. But they were very nice and friendly .

While I've always loved Dairy Queen and have enjoyed their food and of course, their ice cream for over 40 years, their prices have gone insane.A recent visit that included an order of two burgers, two small blizzards, fries and onion rings ran over $25. $25? That's just shameful. A small blizzard now costs over $4. Thankfully I didn't order a large one.The quality of the food is almost always excellent on the burgers. The fries are almost always soggy/under cooked. The blizzards are almost always well prepared with enough stuffing in them.Unfortunately, DQ is off my list of places to frequent. If I want to pay close to $30 for a meal for two, I'd just as soon pay a little more and enjoy a nice steak. Heck, I could order 3 large pizzas down the street for around the same price. Save your hard earned $$ and spend it more wisely elsewhere.

If I could give 0 stars I would me and my fiancé went to get breakfast bowls this morning and they gave us biscuit sandwiches instead and when we went back in they said they got it wrong and didn’t even refund us or offer to make it right they told us we had to go back to the drive through and order them again and pay for it. On top of that my fiancé asked to add a drink at the drive through window and they told us they couldn’t cause it was too busy ? What is wrong with the people who work here

I visit the local Dairy Queen daily. The selection is always diverse and never limited. It’s still a fast food place so expect the regular. I enjoy their drinks and wonderful workers.

My experience was not very good...got 2 chicken strip baskets got them home the gravy was like water... never seen anything like it...so I call up and said can I get another so betime I went all the way back there my food was cold so I said can I just get a new box they said no it would be wasting I said like the big thing of gravy you just had to waste... since they could not do that I said I wanted my money back they refuse at first until I got out my phone to record their unwilling behavior to do the right thing so that's the last time I will be going there I refuse to go !!

Its Dairy Queen so you know what you're getting for food and ice cream. Service is fast and friendly, and the place is clean. They have on display several years of awards they have won from the DQ company, so they have been consistently good.

We were on vacation there was maybe 2 other people in the drive through we ordered our food they sent us to park and they would bring it out. After like 20 min. I told my husband I think they forgot about us so I started to walk in as they were finally coming out it was a long wait when they went even busy then I was told they put a Coupon in the bag wow lol after mins they gave us a coupon forn like a dollar off a 6.999 meal if we come back.. They should have brought out free ice cream for everyone.

The food is great, especially for fast food. Service is always very quick, friendly, and most importantly, accurate. Ice cream is SO good, and the blizzard options are varied. Portion sizes are nothing amazing, but enough to fill you up. The dining room as well as the parking lot are always incredibly clean if not spotless. As far as restaurants go, DQ is always a crowd pleaser. My main (and probably only) complaint is the prices. I dont blame the workers, obviously, I blame corporate. For my partner and I to eat there, it can cost us anywhere between 30$-40$ depending on if we get icecream or not. To be fair, we always get the larger meals, but that type of price is a bit of a reach for a fast food restaurant. Personally, I would rather spend that type of money on a nice date, not a quick bite. But the food is so good that sometimes its worth it. When you're really craving it, that is. I wish I could give a 4.5 rating, because the price isnt THAT big of a deal. But it's still a factor.

Missy manages this place very well. She cares about her community and especially the kids. She made several miniature vanilla ice creams for my kindergarten class to reward them on their test scores. From that gesture many of my colleagues drive from the north part of town which is near another DQ all the way toward the university just to eat at her DQ. Thanks for supporting your community!

Salad was good and appeared fresh. The large and by far my complaint is charging .59 cents for a small souffle cup portion they claim to be the same amount of dressing or more. I understand charging a small anount, but .59 cents is absurd. I worked in restaurants as a manager for years during college and we never charged for extra dressing. I know charging keeps down waste, but serioulsy. Eating out now during a pandemic or otherwise is a privilege, but profiting this amount during a pandemic on salad dressing is ridicolous.

The new Creamsicle dipped cone is delicious! Also had to pick up an Oreo Cookie ice cream cake. I'd asked for writing on the cake as it was for a graduation party. They did a great job.
