I love love BIG LOTS! THIS STORE LITERALLY HAD ANY AND EVERYTHING I NEEDED AND DEF WANTED AS U COULD TELL BY ALL THE PICS I SHARED OF THE DIFF THINGS I MAINLY WANTED AND NOT NEEDED IF ONLY I HAD MORE CASH ON ME INSTEAD OF ONLY HAVING $18 & THATS IT! BUT I MANAGED TO GET MY DOG, HARLEY A SHIRT AND 2 COATS THAT WERE ON CLEARANCE SO I WAS EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH WHAT I DID BUY! HARLEY HAS ALREADY WORE 1 OF THE COATS I BOT HIM THERE THAT NIGHT AFTER WE HAD LEFT BIG LOTS! ILL POST A PIC OF HARLEY IN 1 OF HIS NEW COATS I BOT FROM BIG LOTS!! AND THE CASHIER WAS VERY FRIENDLY TOWARDS ME AND TO HARLEY AS WELL...FELT COMFORTABLE IN THE STORE WITH HARLEY IN THE BUGGY RIDING ALONG! I LIKED BIG LOTS SO MUCH THAT IM GOING BACK TODAY NOW THAT I HAVE A LIL MORE MONEY TO SPEND DEF MORE THAN $18! LOL

I like big lots for the convenience of getting decent merchandise for a good price! But be careful, they do have nice furniture for the price, but the furniture is not built to last a very long time! My wife and I bought all brand new furniture there and we do actually love the couches we bought. They are very nice, but are built with far cheaper material than the bigger company’s such as Ashley and other companies along those lines! If I would have to give a guess I would say only buy this furniture with the expectations of getting 5-6 years out of it if you have children, and 8-10 if not. (That don’t mean that is the case, that’s just my educated guess). But it still is nice furniture. And affordable

If you go into the Morehead Big lots at Kroger Center and you are looking for furniture, make sure you ask for Dalton. Was a very professional, kind and courteous person. He went above and beyond for us and we do not know each other. Was very helpful and informative and made the purchase simple and pleasant. I couldn't have been more pleased with my shopping experience and love our new furniture. I will definitely be back and Dalton needs a promotion or raise! I wish I could see more enthusiastic employees like I found here, everywhere I shop. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!

Much better this time. Last time I was here the inventory was sparse. I'm sure it was a covid thing. But I was quite satisfied today. And the sales associate was just darling!Update: good sales today! Always fun to poke around.

I bought 2 sofa's that reclined and has lots of storage areas. Plus a charging station. I went back and bought a Queen size mattress set. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

I have been in many Big Lots. Normally they are so cluttered and disorganized and dirty. But this one was the cleanest, most organized I have EVER been in. So easy to find stuff and such a wide variety. Staff was super friendly also! I will definitely be driving 20 minutes away to go back instead of the one in my home town. Keep up the good work Morehead Big Lots!!!

Had some great deals this black friday and cyber Monday week inventory was pretty depleted but still such a great staff of people work at the morehead location I've bough alot of furniture here and always been more than satisfied with my purchases and same for this time I picked up a gaming chair cause of how good of a deal it was

It's so much nicer where they rearranged the store. But the prices I'm not to impressed. Places like that is suppose to help you save money and on alot of items I haven't seen any savings yet. Some of the employees there have been very helpful and nice.

It's okay. Nothing wrong with it mind you, certainly not after the remodel. It's clean and the staff have always been friendly. The selection seems hit or miss, and some things seem overpriced for what they are.

Went to get some chips but they were out of the ones I get so I got a 2 dollar box of Triscuits instead. The register rang up 2.50. I showed the cashier the price on the box she just said taxes. I did not argue with her as there was a long line. As you can see the price is 2 dollats and the register rang up 2.50 and no tax was added. Wss very mad but left

Upgraded their space and contents. Amazing home decor for cheap. Go to the rear for great clearance items. I have never been impressed with Big Lots but I was today.

Nice store and nice prices but not very friendly to those who use wheelchairs. They have one to use up front but the aisles aren't spaced out enough to easily maneuver through. Very unfortunate.

Great products, great price. Unhelpful & unknowledgeable management. Had to file claim with big lots customer service (extremely helpful) in regards to managers unwillingness to accommodate for a mistake. Sad to write this.

Went with my cousin to purchase a $1,400 living room suit consisting of a love seat and couch. Having a newborn child they wanted something more allergen friendly. After spending 45 minutes driving to big lots, finding the one that suited his wife they decided to make the purchase and drive 45 minutes back home. Directly upon arrival and setting up the newly purchased couch and love seat neither recliner on either sofa would open due to hitting the cross member on the bottom. He immediately called big lots in Morehead so that we could exchange them. Another 45 minutes back to the store the manager stated we could do the exchange but it had to be completed by 9 because “she had to lock the doors.” When my cousin asked for some sort of compensation since we spent over 3 hours driving back and forth and spending over $1,400 she stated there’s nothing that can be done it was just bad luck. Him and I have both worked retail for a while now and know and understand that there’s always a resolution of some kind in these situations. Lowe’s was always more than willing to do right by the customer in these situations. Sad to say that a local business has loss touch with its consumers

Their furniture was plain and basic nothing to choose from , it was all the same. They don't have the great prices like they used to . I'm very disappointed
