I give this store one star. I have a large collection of exotics. I buy at least one terrarium a month. I prefer buying the cheap 5.5 gallon aquariums because they suit my needs best. Everytime I go to this store they don't have anything but but a few large expensive terrarium kits. Christmas was the only time I was able to buy one here. They do not keep there shelves stocked.They have the worst selection for exotic pet supplies of any pet store I've been too. If you need something for your pet save yourself a trip and order online.

Very friendly staff! We bought a turtle from there tonight. The 2 women that was there was super friendly & welcoming. They helped us get everything we needed for our turtle & gave us informational papers :)

I am not sure who the store manager is, but the lady working this evening’s shift said she was. I was passing through the area a little over a month ago on my way to pick up a new puppy. Without seeing the puppy first, I stopped in and grabbed a new collar, matching leash and a sweater. Turns out the puppy was way too big for the items I bought so today was the first time I was back through the area during store hours to return items. I was told by the person working that it was past 30-days and there was nothing she could do, “the system” won’t let her do anything. I told her I would be good with store credit. She said no. I went outside and pulled up the policy online and it stated that after 30 days they can assist you with a manager’s approval. I went back in and asked to see the store manager, and she identified herself as the manager. I told her what I read online about the return policy and she mumbled that WAS the store policy, but reluctantly went over to the register. She looked visibly upset. She gave me a refund. It was just that simple! I told her I appreciate it, but she did t say a word. I will never shop there or at any Pet Sense again!

Clean and well maintained store, nice and helpful staff. Shelter cats available for adoption and reptiles and fish available for purchase. And all kinds of supplies and food stocked for a variety of pets.

4 stars because of no heavy dog bowl like I purchased last spring. It worked well for feeding our ducks and geese. They couldn't turn it over which is a good thing. I've asked several times for them to get some in, but no luck. Otherwise, a nice store andtaff

Always clean and always professional! This place has everything you could need for your pet. Their selections are very diverse and the staff are super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Every time I've had a question about my dog, they've been able to get me great and honest advice. This place is great if you need help finding the perfect product for your pet. Treats, food, leashes, accessories, medicines and toys. You name it, they probably have it.

We went to have our pet groomed. His appointment was at 2. He was put in a cage for 3 hours before they got to him. A woman came out to apologize but not to us to another family who just arrived and then went to give our puppy to them. When they did cut his hair we were told he would only allow them to cut his body so his legs and head were untouched. They did give us a $3 dollar discount from the price quoted but we will not be going back

The Store Manager is the only reason why I am giving this store a 1star review. Jennifer always makes me feel awful every time I come through the door. I run an animal rescue for everything from Cats to Bearded Dragons and have an extensive knowledge of animals. I have heard her give so much bad and false information to her customers. She always seems to be upset and has a bad attitude. She talks down to her staff and seems to enjoy belittling them in front of customers. If you need anything I recommend going when she is not there. Speak to Beth or Blair they are friendly and seem to know what they are talking about. The Groom shop young lady is also very knowledgeable, I think her name is Skylar. In my opinion this store would run better under different management.

I come here every couple weeks to pick up cat litter and treats for my fur babies. The staff is accommodating to my needs and knowledgeable when it comes to any issue that might come up with my babies and the facility itself is very organized and well-kept. I suppose my only complaint is that everything is so very expensive there. Though to counter-act this they do have some great deals and specials if you catch them at the right time.

Jus a shout out to the manager @ my local Petsense for actually caring about the products being sold to customers,..... while there I noticed peanuts in a bag of treats for guinea pigs & other small animals,.... peanuts are extremely toxic & shouldn't be given to guinea pigs,....the manager said any other similar treats would be pulled from the shelf & she would email Kaytee 🤞🏻hope ya did (bc that's ridiculous for a brand like Kaytee to basically be selling poison to it's customers)

Worst experience ever with grooming, not really supposed to be a grooming, bath and drying, touch up rear end. They somehow shaved my dogs face! He has a big razor burn on his nose and almost cut his eye. No reason to even have a razor near his face. No explanation as to why it happened. Never going back.

Decent selection for a small market store but watch out on the pricing! Discounted sale items aren’t applied at the register unless you tell them. Tried to charge me full price, showed them the sticker and it took an act of Congress to correct the transaction. Cashier was clueless and it backed up everyone. They won’t be my first choice after this episode for sure!

Second time I have gone to this place.First of all, they are way to expensive. The first visit, I brought in my Standard Poodle puppy, looking for food for this breed. The woman in the store had no idea what I was looking for. You would think that the employees would know a little about different breeds. I left there with nothing.The second time I went in there knowing what food to get for my puppy.It was pouring down rain, I brought my puppy with me, and one of the guys that were in there acted like he didn't want my puppy around him, or he was scared one, don't know which,lol but I found the 32lb bag of dog food, and bought a small chew stick and a ball. After checking out, He didn't even offer to help me with the bag of food, knowing I had a bag and my keys in one hand and a 35lb dog on a leash in my other hand and it pouring down raining in the other.To me, that's bad customer service. There was no one else in the store and there were 2 employees inside.Don't know who owns this place, but go to Walmart or Tractor Supply. They have almost the same stuff, even cheaper.

Took my service dog in training there. She had an accident but the male employee was super understanding about dogs and about her being introduced to such new smells when she was just 4 months old. Honestly, I even offered to clean, was going to but he was already. Professional. Made it a lot less embarrassing, as service dogs are still dogs, especially those in training, but it's hard to remember that sometimes.

Not happy. I have been taking my show golden there to be bathed for two years and Beth had been wonderful with him. Today we go, find out that Beth is now up front and there are two women in the back who said they cannot take him without an updated shot record. Fine but why did someone not let me know...Its not up to me to keep track of what you have only to bring what you say you need. Well then she snippily said she tried to call me 40 minutes before my appointment and left a message. I told her we would have been it the car as it takes us that long to get there. She had a bad attitude and then when I go out to the car and get to my phone...guess what...I don't know who she tried to call but it wasn't me. Both of these women had a bad attitude...talked to me like I knew nothing about dogs and it was clear that they were not dog lovers because my guy just seemed to be bothering them. Beth I will miss you but I guess I will be bathing Hudson myself. By the way if I could have given this zero stars I would have. What a way to run a business.

I have 3 Pitt Bulls, 1 Boxer, 1 Jack Russel Beagle mix, 2 Cats, A Bearded Dragon, and a fish. 😂I spend more time shopping here than anywhere and I love The Selection and Overall environment. And without this Store. .My Dragon would Starve..

I usually never do reviews but I took both my dogs to be groomed. Bathed, shedded and nails clipped on one. They didn't look so good afterwards. My husky was worse than before he went i I do not recommend them. $150 and I have to shed them myself. And I have to get my car cleaned because there is hair all over my car .😔

Took my dog to be groomed, dropped off with ZERO fleas came home with tons of fleas. Decent selection of some products but lacking in others. Only go here as last resort for items. They are also pricey.

I have taken my lab to be groomed at this store for 5 years. Had an appt. Couple weeks ago. New groomer was there. I could tell she was nervous because labs are big. Been through several groomers there but this one was not well trained. Left my dog there and 20 minutes later she calls me to come get her. Said she was afraid the dog was having a heart attack. My dog loves her bathtime. She has always done great with the other groomers there. She gets a little hyped when I leave but always got in tub and everyone has always done a great job. I won't be taking her there again. The girl didnt even try. Had me pick up my dog with half her nails done and no bath. Very disappointed.

Have had my Yorkie groomed there several times..yesterday when I picked her up she had been butchered.gaps all over top of her head had been. Cut short and her face was a mess. She dosnt look anything like a Yorkie now. I just cried. It will take 9 months for her hair to grow back in. Every time I look at her I cry. My baby looks hideous all this for $60!
