I do not like leaving a bad review. I go out of my way to do so. But this place? Yeah it isn't worth your time! Cold chilli dogs and fries! I was even told that the chilli dogs were super hot and to be careful! This place is in need of proper management. Oh and my fries were $3.19 and they charged me $1 for a cup of water! Please avoid this place if you are looking for a hotdogs. Sonic is literally in eyesight, I recommend going there!

I came in for a cake. All of the employees were busy working but I only had to wait about 1 minute for service. The man that wrote on my cake was caring and courteous. The cashier was very nice. Great experience. I had just went through the drive through at Middlesboro McDonald's and neither employee spoke or even thanked me. Dairy Queen service was much better tonight!

Love this restaurant. Im sad to learn that they will stop their breakfast. There’s was one of the best.Purchased a birthday ice-cream cake and it was devoured in minutes by my birthday guests.Recommend this place for burgers and ice cream treats!

We went into this Dairy Queen for dinner and the place was a mess.The floors were so sticky that when you walked you would squeak. The bathroom was not very clean and every table and booth were dirty. No one would wipe off the tables after someone ate on them. They need a person just to do some cleaning. My wife was looking forward to a hot fudge sundae but guess what no fudge. I think the owners could do a lot better.

Awful service. Nobody was there to take our order when we walked in. We waited at least 5 minutes before we asked if anyone was going to serve us. Once we finally ordered our food for take out, they made our milkshakes and blizzards. They were just sitting on the counter and we didn't know if they were ours or not. Noticed 2 milkshakes and asked if it was number ##. They said "I don't know the number, but it was 2 milkshakes and 2 blizzards" there were no straws that came with it, or no spoons. They were out of several items like hot fudge, brownies, etc. This is understandable that sometimes you just run out, but Ive been in many other dairy queens, and this has been the worst so far. The lack of customer service was outrageous. Definitely deserves 1 star.

Went inside the restaurant to get an ice cream cake. I saw a sign on the freezer that said, please see staff members for ice cream cakes. I waited up at the register for 3-5 minutes and was not even acknowledged by any staff member. I left and got a cake elsewhere.If a customer comes inside your business, please acknowledge that someone will be with them soon.

I can't even really leave 1 star because I haven't been to the location. I am a traveling worker to this area and wanted a little bit of DQ this evening. I was reading some of these comments before ordering, and I will not be trying your location. And is the DQ Fan Response team's answer to all the comments the same? Sure seemed like it to me. Almost word for word.

Absolutely terrible service. The employees here seem to hate their jobs, or hate their lives, or just hate everyone and everything, and that comes across loud and clear. They acted irritated and put-out that we were even patronizing the establishment and treated us as if we were inconveniencing them. The attitude that we received when we placed our order was palpable, but we thought maybe once we get up to the window we'll be able to assess more accurately their demeanor. Unfortunately, we were spot on in our initial evaluation. We won't go here again.

I really don't understand how many bad reviews you have to have to get the owner of this restaurant to do his job an make a change. The employees there are so rude an nasty cause they don't cook the food right my chicken tender was still cold an when questioned about it. She was like well I didn't cook it... With her nasty attitude. Why don't they just shut this restaurant down before not only bad food but nasty service.

Only because I have to put a star does this get a star. This is the worst DQ I have ever been to and will never go back. I would highly suggest that you choose a different location to visit or just go to the grocery store and spend your money. They gave us small when we paid for mediums. You would think that employees would take more pride in their jobs being that there are not that many in this area that doesn’t require an actual education beyond highschool

Was excited to see this location as I had a hankering for a vanilla cone with the infamous Dairy Queen crunch. Sadly, they advise that they do not offer that at their location, and instead offered a dipping option, which I took, but quickly regretted because it caused a rapid melting of the ice cream cone, and created a significant mess. It's oftentimes said, that a bathroom at a business establishment reflects the cleanliness of the restaurant. If this is true, this restaurant should be avoided because the bathrooms were filthy. I will note that there were some signs of transients that may have contributed to the condition of the bathrooms, but this is something that the management needs to address for other patrons. Check this location out for yourself and see what you think.

I don't usually give negative reviews on the first trip to a restaurant. This was my third visit to this location, and the third time they were out of ingredients for the Blizzard I usually get. They weren't just out of the ingredients for my Blizzard, the person behind me had to go to his third choice. They also had used all of their spoons and had to buy some at the local store. And, of course, they weren't long enough to reach the bottom of the large cup. When I asked the employee who waited on me if they had used up so much stuff because it was a holiday weekend, she said it was always like that. She also said that the truck with supplies wouldn't arrive until Thursday. I was there on Sunday. Because they were out of one of the ingredients, I ordered and paid for extra of what they had. I then overheard one girl in the back ask another if she was supposed to be making the one with extra ingredients and the other replied " It doesn't matter, they won't know anyway ". She was wrong. There were just a spoonful of ingredients mixed in about the top inch of ice cream. As I mentioned before, this was my third visit to this location, and my last. My apologies for the length of this review. By the way, the best Blizzard I've ever had was in Natchez, Mississippi. Followed closely by both locations in Richmond, Kentucky. And, yes, I probably spend way too much time at Dairy Queen.

Wanted a afternoon treat as we passed through on our way back to Lexington. We went to the drive through and ordered a chocolate malt and hot fudge sundae and the lady says, "we are out of chocolate and hot fudge" needless to say we left and went to Pineville and got what we wanted there. I asked how can they be out of hot fudge and she said they have been busy and their truck comes tomorrow. I have never been to a DQ that doesn't have chocolate!

I can't believe the service received @ approximately 7:05 pm on 5-10-22. My friend and I go through drive thru because we wanted something to wash the taste outta our mouths from what we were served at another place. He tells her that he wants a small cookie dough blizzard and a hot fudge sundae. She asks him what he wants again. He says "a small cookie dough blizzard" she gets hateful and says "what size". He repeats "a small". She tells him to pull around. He tells her he also wants a hot fudge sundae. At that point we should've received a total. Instead she mumbles something that I couldn't even understand. She then SCREAMS at him "PULL AROUND". We sit at the window for 8 minutes with the blizzard and hot fudge sundae sitting right there melting. She finally came to the window and gets the money, hands him the change and gives us our order. When she gets ready to hand him my blizzard, she can't even slightly tip it, let alone turn it upside down. There was of napkins around it because it's half melted! There's literally ONLY a spoonful of hot fudge on his and halfway through mine, it's not mixed and there's absolutely NO cookie dough! Will be calling corporate tomorrow! Horrible service! Will post a pic if I can figure out how!
