Although they have a wide variety of items I left the store without purchasing anything. The price on the Mini Keurig was $79 and I knew Walmart had it for $59. On Black Friday and Cyber Monday WM marked it down to $49. I think BL has become more of a furniture store than the discount and closeout store it was known for.

Dominick is a rock star. He was super helpful over the phone and in person. Met and he exceeded my immediate need and expectation. He is a credit to his employer. Sadly, it's not often my experience in retail today. Top notch experience.

Always fun to walk through a Big lots. You can find lots of things you didn't know you needed. And their sales are usually pretty good. Great prices on food items.

Store was very clean and staff were great. Three of us with carts full for the 20% coupon. Staff opened up register for extra customers and worker also told me about the 20% off incense I didn't know about it. Very impressed. Will go back even though I live in another area.

Jenn greeted me when I walked in. Laughed and made me laugh when I was checking out. Not self check out, not a bot, but a lovely professional checking me out. This is what America needs. Happy, fun, outgoing customer service that makes me/you want to come back vs shopping online.

I can't say enough good things about Steven and Robert from The Middlesboro store. My shopping experience was great from start to finish because these two guys went above and beyond. I went to buy furniture and was very undecided but Stephen was with me there from start to finish making recommendations tell me what he knew about the furniture and when I had a question that he wasn't sure about he went and got Robert who was just as helpful. I also found out that Stephen was supposed to be off shortly after he started helping me but he stayed with me never changed his awesome attitude checked me out And then went home. When I went back to get the furniture two days later Stephen loaded it for me with the same great efficient service. I wouldn't go anywhere else for furniture. It was all boxed and packaged and very easy to put together. Thank you big lots and you definitely need to recognize these two guys!

Customer service is a priority at Big Lots and I truly appreciate the effort that takes when operating a large store, because I was a retail manager for years. The new store manager is friendly and seems like a good fit. I recommend shopping here for selection, price and service!

It had been a very long time since me and my family had went here due to previous management. However, with the change in management, as well as updates across the store I can very safely say the shopping experience here was enjoyable. We found many brands that we couldn't find anywhere else (include oddball stuff).The only thing that brings it down to a 4 star is the fact that while you can find anything, sometimes it can be difficult to find more then one brand in more obscure things.Overall though, I recommend shopping here when you have a small list but time to kill, you never know what you might find.

I love this store. The move it very nice. I recently went in mattress shopping and was helped by Tonya. She was great. She helped me so much that I asked for her the second time I went in. I went in for mattresses and left with more furniture to purchase online...only because I don't have a way to pick it up. Great job, Big Lots!!

They have some beautiful christmas decor but it does sell fast! If u see something you like/want...u better grab it while u.can. store is a little messy most of the time & short on cashiers.

Great pricing they sell Reebok clothes also have toys clothes for the doggies kitchen stuff as well as bedding and a ton other items I highly recommend them!!

Very nice large store, clean and open so it's easy to walk around and shop in. Lots of variety in items they have with some really good deals. Shop here for groceries as well because they always have nice selection.

This is my go to place for outdoor furniture & cushions, CHRISTmas decorations & outdoor lighting.Plenty of parking & friendly helpful employees. Lots of great buys on everyday needs & things u just want. We like to go in just to see what's new. I bought a living room chair at a local competitor for $500.00 & could have got the exact same chair at Big Lots for $200.00. That shpuld give u an idea of the savings. But like I said previously....I go there for my replacement cushions for my outdoor furniture. I save $10.00-$30.00 per cushion. Love that cause I have a cat that loves to shred my cushions. He obviously has the wrong conception of what " kitty litter " is. Stop in and check em out. Small store, big savings.

It was horrible..I will never buy anything from there again..However, Danica was So nice at the Middlesboro Store and was very very helpful...Call in customer service was the most terrible experience I have ever encountered....I worked in retail 25 yrs and I had to call customer assistance allot, Big Lots needs to hire people that can resolve customer problems....

Its a big lots. You might find what you are looking for, and then again, you might not...this particular location isnt as nice as some other big lots, but sometimes they have better deals than other stores in this area
