Everytime I go in here, an employee is over sharing private info and using hateful speech. Everytime I'm in here I anticipate someone will be violent to me for no reason. Also they're ridiculously expensive. Do not shop here.

I like tractor supply way way way better the rual king. Tractor supply will help you but rual king employees won't none of them knows where things are and they won't check to see if anything is in stock. I will always go to tractor supply

Angie the manager and Christi were excellent with helping us. Angie has always been very sweet and helpful. She's one of the best managers, that's been up there. Ive lived here since TSC opened.

I found a product online that was at the Maysville KY TSC. Whe I arrived I was unable to find the product. I asked a darker hair lady if she could help me find the item I was searching for. She pointed in a direction and told me if she had any they would be over there. I explained to her that is where I believed I would find it to but I did not. She then proceeded that direction with me and said it showed 1 left in stock on her computer. After her and I searched again in that same area she said nope don’t have any. It takes us around 40 minutes to take the trip to the TSC in Maysville KY. Wasted trip and no apologies.

They are rude and have no customer service skills nor ability to accommodate if it inconveniences them. Called after my experience and spoke to a supervisor and he said he couldn't fix the problem because they were always short staffed and didn't see it changing in the future but if I wanted the cheapest price for the product I purchased I'm not going to find it anywhere else.FYI to your store manage. I have a vehicle and I'll drive 100+ miles to get what I need if they provide better customer service. Thank you.

Great store, very helpful. Prices aren't always the best but they have good service and you can see what your getting compared to buying online. Very helpful when your not sure what your needing. Helped me size a belt for my lawn mower.

They wouldn't refill propane tanks when the temperature is hovering around 0 degrees. I'm appalled by the customer service provided.

They always have everything you need, regardless if you have a mini farm or a large ranch, and all for a good price as well. Just purchased a new Cub Cadet lawn tractor from Tractor Supply. I will continue to do business here. The staff is very helpful.

Dogs love there food and treats. Don’t know want band is. (Wife gets them). People there are great help and friendly. They have everything you need to keep your pets healthy.

I see more and more tractor supply shutting down throughout the US. It doesn't surprise me with the attitude and demeanor of the managers and employees. Not to mention the fact that there's always something not inroundround stock. And always an excuse why it's not. If you know how to run a business and run reports on in stock items... physical counts etc.... there's no reason to be out of stock as much as they always are... examples.... sockets.... simple fittings...taps....drill bits....all kind of tools...even pipe wrap insulation....by the way... not seasonal.. people build year round and need pipe insulation for barn and she'd construction all the time... just plain bad business!!!... practice!!!!!Get your selves together or you're next to shut down.... don't let the numbers for other successful stores be your scape goat...get your selves together....
