Paul and Josh was super helpful today with lumber. In fact, every associate I dealt with today was kind and helpful. This store greets you and actually asks if you need help finding anything. The cashiers were friendly. We don't have to wait too long to get help locating and loading items when we come here.

The guy who works in shower section nice guy and helpful we brought shower walls and they are damaged from shipment we went to exchanged them today and would not do a even exchange stupid same price and exact same item had to return to my card and now I have to wait until tomorrow to buy them again! Such a dumb policy and waste of time and gas! To make extra trip and all they do is give you the run around I wish Home Depot was in mayfield I would sure go there

This is probably my least favorite Lowe's. Some days you can get service if you ask, but it is normal to walk around the store looking for something and be ignored by employees. I've been shopping this store for ten years due to location and the employee customer interaction has not improved, which leads me to believe the employee responses are a result of the management culture. I've begun paying more to shop my local hardware store... .

Never had any troubles here. All though computer issues happen which is exactly what I went through the other night. Doing the whole self check out, went to pay, put 2 100 dollar bills in. Machine went haywire. I was given 1 of th bills back and explained I had put 2 in. The gal that handled the situation did it with nothing less then professionalism. Had a little bit of a wait, but these employees have policy to follow amd due to no action of thiers I dint mind the wait. While she went through the cameras to ensure I did put more in than it gave back, she had apologized a few times. Not her fault, but to do her job while making sure I was good and how calmly. That is the type of employee every place should have working the front. Computers crash, ithappens. Anyhow, after taking the appropriate time and actions, the rest of the money was brought to the service desk, (again apologized) where I was hanging out while waiting. Finished my transaction and was on my way. Great service and a great lead...

The Pitt Boss grill I bought only parts of the app work and Pitt boss says they are working on it but the don’t know when they’ll get it fixed.If I had it to do over or if I could return it I’d do it , I’d buy a different brand

Ordered a washer and dryer, they rescheduled delivery twice, and then claimed they tried to deliver, but nobody was home, all while I was sitting on my front porch waiting for them. Can't say anything about shopping in store, but if you're ordering something for delivery, think twice.Edit 2-8-2024 for owner's response: you've got all the info to reach out to me and make this right, the fact that you haven't compounds the delivery failure. I wish I could give zero stars.

Had an electrician try to help in plumbing trying to find fittings and valves they didn't have. Wasted 2 hrs.

Try and shop local as much as you can. Maybe Lowes is a little cheaper but you can't put a price on local connections. These kids that work at Lowe's don't care, why should they. And the adults are just there for a paycheck. Go to someone that cares just a bit more.Edit 10/12/2023: And their reply is exactly what I expected. A standard corporate response where I have to call. The 60 seconds of time I've wasted just to add this to the review is all I want to spend on the matter.

How do you go here at 8 a.m. in the morning tyi get some improvement tools and have an emergency bowel movement only to mess yourself because management allowed their employees to NOT deliver clean restrooms for their customers? It's 8 a.m. Did they not clean tthen at shift's end the night before? Did they not consider being open for business at 8 a.m. (which includes having a clean restroom available)?

I use the self checkout because I want to, and know what I’m doing. The last time I went, the associate was intrusive. He needed to deactivate a security tag, which was fine, but I had purposefully not bagged my two smaller items because I don’t want to use plastic if I can avoid it. He reached across, bagged my items , and proceeded to prompt me step by step on the checkout process. SO irritating! If I want help I’ll ask for it. If I was uncomfortable with or didn’t understand how to use the self checkout, I would go to a lane with a checker. So please back off!

We went for the food truck that was set up there, Peanuts food truck based out of Calloway county and it was amazing!!!!!! We will definitely be visiting them again. Thanks to mayfield Lowe’s for having them

Never any cashiers at 5 pm have to go to customer service to be rung up with returns coming in.Dont like self service at any of the stores people. Thats not customer service .At all

I have always loved going here even if it's just to look around. I love the plants and flowers, the Halloween decorations, and they already have their Christmas decorations out. They do seem overpriced on a lot of items but that's happening everywhere. Good place to go to get paint and supplies or for a project you are working on.

Jeff in flooring just spent an hour or so helping us figure out what ceramic tile we want to redo our bathroom and helped us figure out how much we need. Patty helped as well but Jeff went above and beyond. He deserves a raise!

We just left there. My granddaughter was carrying her bright pink paint when she dropped it on the sidewalk spilling it. I went back into the store to tell them. Leighanne in customer service was the best. Thanks to all the staff who helped us. They are the best

Worst experience I've had in a long time. Purchased a dryer on June 16th. It was to be delivered on June 20th. They were instructed to call 1 hr. before to allow me time to get home and let them in. Heard nothing from them on the 20th. Called them the afternoon of the 21st (not the local store, they evidently no longer take care of scheduling, it was a TN number) and they informed me that they were indeed there on the 20th and I wasn't there to let them in. I was then told I would be called shortly to reschedule the delivery. They never called. I called the TN number again at 7:32 pm and was left waiting to talk with a rep. for 32 minutes. I literally drove to the local store took the phone in with me, still waiting for someone to pick up, got a refund on the dryer, drove back home still waiting for someone to answer my call. I'm sorry, that’s not the Lowes I'm used to dealing with.

I went to the paint center a few weeks ago with just a photo of inspiration for what I wanted with color. Mr. Scott went above and beyond to help me find the right colors. I had never painted before in my life. He was patient and helped me every step of the way, walking me through which paints and brushes to use, helping me find painting tape, finding my EXACT color, and finding me sparkles to put in my paint! Overall it was a wonderful experience! Definitely will have my business again!

Inventory is pretty good for this location... This is one of the smaller lows but it has a decent assortment.... I like clothes because he'll take care of you from beginning to end and they do installs.

Lowe's is always amazing. I can just spend the day looking around the store. I recently found great deals in their appliances when we moved to a new house and needed all new ones. Be sure to check out their scratch and dent stuff that they put in the main aisle. So many great deals and products.

Quick and easy, UPDATE: Not as quick and easy this time, I found the items I was looking for but had to hunt for one of the flat carts to put products on and then no one was at the registers except for the self checkout lady and you had to use it, if I have to do my on checking out then they should pay a minimum fee for me having to do this or give a discount. I have always wondered if you hurt yourself using self checkout or you considered an employee at that time?
