Shanna and her staff are absolutely amazing. The positive energy can be felt the moment you walk through the door. You never have to look for someone if you need assistance. Multiple employees will seek you out during your visit to be sure you are finding what you need. They are happy to see you and when they ask you to come back, they mean it! Clearly, Shanna and her management team know happy employees are productive employees. If by chance they don’t have what you’re looking for in stock, they will go above and beyond to help you get it! This store is an incredible asset to Marion and the surrounding communities.

I am planning a deck build and so wanted to stay local. Worked with Shanna and her amazing crew to get a very strong quote and cannot wait until the whole project is complete. I know that H&H will be there for any of my other Projects as well! With good prices as well as all the equipment rentals that I will need. They are a one stop shop! So glad our community has such an awesome full service Hardware store with a wonderful staff of professionals!

Always very friendly and knowledgeable employees. Little pricey but it's further out and closer to my home in the sticks if you don't wanna travel all the way to Paducah and kinda balances out. Plus, the small town atmosphere is always preferable than shopping the big chain stores like Lowes. All around good shopping experience for just about any diy projects around the house.

The hottest day in Kentucky and I had a pool emergency and needed a water hose fast. Walked into H and H, Lori Holeman was at the front register, asked what I needed, pointed me right to it! I got checked out, had exactly what I came for in record time! I can't say enough about the customer service at this business. It truly is top notch! Thanks for facing the day again H and H!

Every time we go into h & h we get amazing customer service! Went in yesterday to get an air conditioner and the gentleman put it in the car, I asked him if he wanted to bring it to my house he said let me to ask lol I was kidding but I’m sure he would have lol! After making a third trip to the store to buy a product over the last two years, they finally had one in stock I needed it was $44 until I got to the register and I saw the label was wrong from last year and charge $68. No recourse of action couldn’t really communicate with the teenagers running in the store this particular day or young people are young 20s at this rate I see the store had to complete failure. I will not be going back to the store. .

Love this store and the people. Fun and convenient place to shop. They sell quality products that last so expect to pay a little more. Remember H & H gives back to OUR community. Big box stores with slightly lower prices an hour away do not.
