The amount of time we have to wait in both the drive-thru and the inside pharmacy is horrendous. The pharmacists take their precious time while we wait. They should either hire more staff, or have their current staff take some lessons on how to do their job correctly.

The incompetence is unbelievable for the South Main store and I should know with both my Father and Great Grandfather being medical Doctors in this town for over 50 years each. I am being generous for even a one star rating.

Very rare you're able to just walk in and get your child's prescription filled.. There seems to always be a problem or "come back in 30 minutes". The only reason I used this pharmacy was for the convenient location. Will be using a local pharmacy from now on..

Disappointed! Got off work today and tried to pick up my covid tests. Got told to sit in a chair in the pharmacy and like always I get overlooked. I've been sitting for an hour and nobody has spoken to me yet. I'm switching pharmacies.

I’ve been using this pharmacy since May 2017. Despite a couple bumps in the road, I have been treated so kindly by staff including their pharmacists. They all know me by name by now ( being a type 1 diabetic, I keep them in business) and have helped me more than even required. After hurting my wrist, I found one of the containers my medication came in difficult to open. I asked if it was possible to put each capsule in a bottle and if they were too busy, not to worry about it. Sure enough the store became flooded with customers. They still took their time to do that for me and got my other four prescriptions ready. Even bombarded with fussy customers they all maintained a smile and courtesy. I truly appreciated their work.

Everytime I refill my medication it is out of stock. This is very annoying and very inconsiderate to the people who can’t breath and need a emergency inhaler.

Never can get anyone to answer the phone in the pharmacy. When they do answer they put you on hold and leave you there. I'll be switching pharmacies. This is beyond ridiculous.

Worst pharmacy in the state. They are not organized at all. Everytime you come in they do not even know where your prescriptions are. I would give zero stars if possible.
