I got a new phone and it got locked and I couldn't unlock it and I went to AO Cellphone and Repair to see if they could help me. Alpha did an awesome job getting the phone unlocked and I enjoyed seeing him do the work on my phone. He is definitely a God sent and Bless him in his work. Thank you so much

I stopped by a few months ago and had an Iphone screen replaced. The experience was 5 star. He was friendly and promptly fixed the phone.That screen failed and I stopped back by today. I didn't have a receipt, and they couldn't find my name anywhere in their system.I don't think it would have been covered - even if I found a receipt.The service we friendly and prompt, but I paid full price again. Hopefully it was just a defective part they purchased, and the new one will not do the same.

Extremely fast and fairly priced compared to other places in Henderson and Evansville area. Gave the fastest turn around time quote of the handful of places I called and delivered as promised in 20 minutes. Replaced my Motorola phone charging port and phone works fine again.

I asked to get my phone fixed cause the charger port was working. They took my phone to Clarksville and it came back with no screen protector( I had one when I gave it over) That screen protector was $50 and I needed it back to get another protector from a&tt. I went home and called my mom and she said it sounded static she couldn’t hear me at all. I started to call other people to see if they heard it too. Not only did they forget the screen protector they broke my sound box. I don’t think I should have to pay just for they can fix for what they broke when I gave it to them when it was working perfectly fine except the charging port.

Michael was very thorough when my daughters iPhone 11 suddenly shut off and wouldn't turn back on. Replaced the battery, and it works just as it should!! Great service, friendly, and great prices!!

Mr. Alpha quickly diagnosed my problem and gave an honest assessment of what it would cost to fix it. He had my phone back to me within 24 hours. He is conveniently located in the Madison Square Mall. Friendly, personable, and explained my situation in non-technical language. I will choose his kiosk again if I ever have problems with my phone again.

My experience today was exceptional! Super nice ppl! GREAT VALUE! Very knowledgeable about a lot of different phones! I highly recommend for cell phone repair! I had a badly broken screen on my iPhone 11 and they had the screen in stock and fixed my phone right there and in a very reasonable amount of time! Phone screen is back to how it should be! THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH!!! If I need repairs in the future I will be a returning customer!

Bought a cell phone case September 30 was told it would be here that Monday 10 days later still haven't received my case I've called multiple times got someone to answer 1 time for him to tell me he would call me back and never did, I've been by their booth multiple times during business hours no one was there. Wouldn't recommend.
