They're a local grocery store.You're paying a bit more for the convenience of a grocery store in your neighborhood that's got a pretty decent selection of products.I have personally never had any issues in the year I've been going there.If you're looking for a nice place to shop that's never crowded, stop by.

Riverside is the bee's knees. Everyone is so friendly. I go there for my meat because they have good deals. Their parmesan-garlic boneless wings are absolutely amazing. Their tortilla chips are amazing. Their chicken salad is amazing. Their sales are amazing. They never disappoint. Keep it up, Riverside.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I don’t usually leave reviews. But this place is overpriced. For 4 sticks of their brand of butter it was 7.99$ so I bought the cheapest butter I could find and it was land o lacks butter balls and I get home and they are stale 😭😭 lmao

Perfect for a quick trip for beer, snacks or something you forgot. Some really go deals, some stuff overpriced, it's all about the convenience. We live within walking distance, so we make use of Riverside often. Friendly staff & good people watching 😄

Convenient grocery store located in downtown Ludlow that is open 24 hours a day. They have a wide variety of groceries and a deli/bakery with some of the best donuts in Northern Kentucky. I highly recommend getting some next time you are in the area. They also have decently priced gas in the middle of town. Can't beat the convenience!

Great community grocery store with a great selection and comparative prices for it's size. They have a bakery, chicken and hot foods . Great authentic tortilla chips. There's also a gas station

Great store !!! They have what you need. I do wish they'd add some spices to their chicken tender batter. It's kinda bland.And to all y'all complaining about it being a little high on price, you have to figure in the extra cost of traveling to one of your big chain stores . Better support it cause you'll sure miss it if it goes out some day.

I shop here almost daily as it is convenient. I wish they had prices that I could actually afford and they need a bigger selection like Kroger has. The food is great and I love all the various prepared foods available at any time of the day or night. I also appreciate that they usually stay open 24 hrs. And the staff are friendly and helpful. I do think they need to keep a checkout meant for groceries open rather than having to empty my cart on the tiny counter meant for gas and cigarettes. I also would love it if they stocked a bigger selection of yogurts, dog foods and other brands of items

This place is a joke! For sale sign on water and it wrang wrong price but the refused to correct the price when I got the water from directly under the sale sign. When I returned the water I couldn't get my receipt back....so I took my whole shopping order back in and returned it all!! Kroger or Aldis for me from now one....Riverside isn't convenient when you have wasted your time shopping and 3 trips inside.

The bakery donuts are phenomenal if you get them fresh. The gas prices are much lower than other nearby gas stations. BUT if you are running in to get a few items because Kroger is closed, check the dates on what you're buying. Last night I got a dairy item already expired for weeks! In a 24 hour store you're telling me a single employee did not look at this when restocking over the course of 20 days? That's insane and a good way to get sick if you're trusting them to keep up with expiration dates.

Wouldn’t let me exchange a pack of diapers I had just bought and grabbed the wrong size didn’t give me my receipt old lady was a b**** that was working the register, same lady who also gave me a hard time because I was paying with WIC for formula & some bananas . This is the only place that even still sells the old luvs as they all switched to paw patrol. Overpriced but whatever you lost a customer ✌🏻

I didn't think any small, independent grocery stores were still left (and I was stuck with large chains that have lousy customer service, if any at all. Looking at you Walmart). And then I found Riverside Market. Great customer service, decent selection, good meats, and some nice produce (better than Wally world by a long shot). Do yourself a favor and try this place. You'll be keeping your money local, and be happy your meals taste better. Support your local businesses and have an actual cashier ring you up. You won't be forced to scan your own cart load of groceries after waiting 30 minutes in line.

Almost every time I go to Riverside and Ludlow they never have the things I need and their prices are outrageous compared to other grocery stores. I only get things that I absolutely need there and can't get to another grocery store and usually they don't have the couple things that I go there to get.

I love Riverside Marketplace. The prices are more than competitive with both Krogers and Remkes. Further, being from the old school they carry many of the fixings for many of my favorite childhood dishes! It is clean, easy to navigate and the staff are truly friendly and helpful. If you haven't made a stop in to check this place out you probably should! As Always, Enjoy!

This is where I go to get all my grippos products. Love the beef jerky and the pretzels. They are perfect for Oktoberfest to make a necklace out of and then you just munch on it all day. They're so salty so you got to definitely keep drinking.

It's a small store but they have a little bit of everything. The prices are usually decent and the sales are great. The deli has delicious food and the meat dept is good. The only complaint I have is the fruits- they don't seem that fresh but they are edible. The store is clean and the employees are decent.

Convenient small grocery and gas station. The deli is great. Chicken tenders are phenomenal. Also, amazing fresh made donuts in the morning with a great selection. LeAnn and Thelma at the bakery are very sweet and helpful.

Haven't been here since the change of ownership/management and things didn't get better. Over priced on everything. Customer service might be worse. Spend a little extra time and head over to a big named grocery and save a lot.

Always seem to be a little less expensive on fuel than other nky stations.Decent grocery selection, little more expensive than larger chains, have just about everything I need however, quick place to shop and convenient parking so you are in and out.

The donuts were mispriced and instead of taking the handwritten sign down they told the cashiers to charge the higher price. There was only one register ringing up alcohol that didn't even ID so what was the point. The sign telling you that the other registers weren't able to ring up liquor were at the card reader so you had to get through line before seeing it. The take out food was fresh however and prices were decent especially for such a small store. The management seems lacking though.

River side is close to me and it's very quick to get what you need. I go there all the time and love going there. The people are so kind and the food is amazing and good to eat 👍😎

Great little local market. Have some good deals in their weekly ads, but most items are over priced. They will take your receipt when you leave because you're going to find that something is always priced wrong or doesn't ring up at the sale price.

It is convenient for the residents of Ludlow. Some good sales on groceries, however, there's always something that doesn't ring up right. Everyone knows this and it still happens, alot.They absolutely will not fix the things that ring up wrong. So many things ring up more than sale/shelf prices. If I can't catch it checking out, I always find something wrong on the receipt. And...most of the produce is...inferior.

Always clean and stocked well. Usually some decent deals, not as cheap as wmart/Kroger, but way less crowded and easier to shop. Associates not the friendliest, but at least they're efficient checking you out. I recommend this place....!

Not even worth 1 star. Last year the store seemed like it was staffed with people that care about their jobs, but now its a joke. Expect to wait in line for much longer than necessary due to the cashiers spending time on their phones or chatting with each other. Today, 5/11/17 at 3:15PM there were two cashiers. The older one was moving people along and friendly but I had the misfortune of being in the line of the younger cashier. Every time I go there she's on the phone or chatting with one of the other cashiers and I have to first speak up just to get her attention. I've never even been offered a receipt and this particular cashier actually gives me an attitude every time I ask for one.Today I just wanted some lunch, but since she was too busy chatting with the cashier in the next line over, she wasn't paying attention. I don't know what happened, (because I couldn't see), but she ended up throwing my piece of pizza several feet away and walked off mumbling angrily. I work in customer service and have never experienced people like this or managers who don't care enough to have their employees actually do the job they were hired to do. I try to get a manager and they walked away. I go online and try to find a phone number and the one listed goes to a fax machine.EDIT: 6/10 Had the misfortune of needing to go this store again. This time I pay, the cashier hands me my change then looks me in the eye and says, 'yea?'. I waited a couple seconds for her to realize that the bag of products I just paid for were still behind the counter, (out of my reach), and she still hadn't bothered to give them to me. When I point this out she doesn't apologize and instead gives me a dirty look and says she's having a bad day. How do people like this stay employed?

This is a very nice neighborhood grocery. You won't find the range of selections here that you would at one of the major supermarkets, but this store will have the vast majority of the items you are seeking. Clean and well lit, the store is well laid out. Checkout can be congested and slow.
