The sales clerks are very helpful they don't try to just sell you something they make sure you're buying exactly what you need. It's small unlike your bigger hardware stores however they got just about everything they do. Whenever I'm down in the west end Zellers will be my go to

Great neighborhood hardware store. The staff there is always super friendly and helpful. They fix some small engine machines like lawnmowers and tillers and they have an hourly rental program. Would definitely prefer to give them my money rather than Lowes or Home Depot. Support local!

Zellers has been my local hardware store for more than 20 years. If what I need isn't major that's the place for me. But I've been dealing with them for so long it's like visiting family. They are really good people

Great little mom & pop hardware store!!! I appreciate the one on one customer service and being able to talk with real human beings actually care about their customer's needs. If you have a question you'll get an answer here. I go here often and definitely recommend Zeller's to all my Louisville neighbors!!!!

Found out about this hardware store by accident when a UPS package got dropped there for pickup and it's become my neighborhood go-to! It's less than 5 mins from my house and I've never left dissatisfied. Everything from keys made to lawnmower repairs and rentals..grass seed and vegetable starts. Truly a valuable west end resource!

This is the DIY, handyman, yard warrior neighborhood Hardware store. Expect to pay higher prices than large chain stores, but the convenience and helpful knowledgeable associates makes it worthwhile.
