Very helpful. Patient. This store had the previous one I visited a few months ago by a long shot. They stayed open until the phone I purchased was completely downloaded from my old phone.However once I got homeI realized they had not downloaded my pictures from my old phone. Now a return visit is imperative. Hopefully there won't be an issue.

Tyro was extremely courteous, personable, and helpful with our Samsung and iPhone upgrades. We also got great deals on earbuds and an iPad. We were first to arrive on a Sunday morning, but it picked up quickly. They were well-staffed to handle it, getting everyone in and out quickly without feeling rushed. 10/10 would recommend current staff.

I went to change my screen protector and the service was quick. The rep was super nice and explained the protectors I needed. Everyone at this store has always been polite and take their time to explain the services I am getting etc.

I have dealt with T-Mobile for many years and usually it is a long process (couple of hours) to just buy phones for an existing account. Not today!! It was pleasant and my son and I were out of there in less then an hour. The employees were all great and helpful. I made the switch from Android to iPhone. I'm actually loving it!! Thank you!!!

My last visit was a very pleasant one. However, the wait times at all the T-Mobile stores is a bit of a challenge. I hope that changes fa "23". But, overall I am a satisfied customer. Been with them fa 15 years.

i have three lines that i just switched over from a different carrier to T-Mobile over the phone. T=Mobile sent me two new sim cards and my new phone. took these new items to a different T-Mobile store and nothing was done correctly, i could not make or receive calls on my new phone. all the messages was going to my wifes phone. i took my new phone and my wifes phone to this T-Mobile store and the lady that helped me fixed everything. she was very knowledgeable and helpful. if you are thinking about going with or switching to T-Mobile and live on Dixie Highway i highly recomend this srore.

Went there after the first of the year with issues with my phone and tablet,right after they opened at 10a.m. one morning,being greeted by two uniformed professional associates,one mopping the floor and Imforming us the floor was damp,the counters were spotless and everything was shiny,with one of the associates going thru my phone checking everything,at one time asking the manager to briefly come out from the backroom with some advice on how best fix my electronics,which he did,he was friendly and professional as well,they got me fixed any ready to go with some suggestions on what to watch out for in about half an hour.

I came to this location after a bad experience at another location.I love T-Mobile and I'm happy to say I loved this store!Johnny and the other employees at this store were ready and willing to help as soon as I walked through the door. I came to get a new phone and they jumped into action. Though they were having some problems with their service, they quickly found a work around that was efficient and effective. When one of the guys needed help or had a question, another jumped in and helped. They worked together and got everything done in a fast and friendly manner.The store was clean, neat, and we'll organized. But it's the people that make the difference and these folks made a very positive impression.These guys are right off Dixie Highway with more than ample parking and worth the drive if your looking for a new phone or service provider.

Colin is phenomenal. T-Mobile had billed me for a new account that I didn’t authorize. I went in and Colin took care of the rest. He made sure that the entire charge was cancelled and made sure it was noted in my account so there wouldn’t be any problems in the future. Once my current plan is up I’m definitely switching to T-Mobile I’ve never experienced that kind of service.

T-Mobile internet good price at 50 bucks but don't be late because they will charge you 20 bucks in late fees is crazy maybe like $3 should be a late fee but 20bucks come on sometimes you get reminders sometimes you don't keep track of it but don't be like me pay it on time I just forgot but The stores five stars just need more workers and I never did get my free month I'm not calling customer service again took way too long and they still didn't get it right I've been waiting for this (free month for a year)

Wife had issues with her phone after a pushed update. Music wouldn't play to where we can hear it. Was a major muffled sound. Took in after making an appointment for today. Lady check the sim card and the card was fried. Had to get another one and so far so good. Its working as intended and no issues. Was in and out within 15 minutes. They did a awesome job getting my wife's phone working the right way again.

Great place! Me and my girl came in to get our first phone plan together with brand new iPhone 11’s and Sergio hooked us up. Manny was also a huge help. We were two young people who had never done this before and they were very very patient with us and told us everything we needed to know. They are the guys to talk to. Talk to customer service call center 3 times to have the same unsuccessful ending.go in person and fixed up like new! Yay, ya know we don't thank our phones often enough until we have to live our day to day lives without them. Give your phone a hug now before it's to late, make them feel appreciated. We went in yesterday to switch from Verizon to T-Mobile and was greeted by Chris and Manny. They were very professional and very patient with us as it took a couple of hours to get everything switched over. I highly recommend this store and if you are wanting great customer service you should definitely ask for Chris and Manny.

Best customer service I have ever encountered. I was dreading the task of switching my carrier to T-mobile because of past experiences of dealing with cell phone service providers. But today's visit to the Dixie Hwy. store was a complete pleasure. Store manager Dewayne Barbour was one of the most courteous, professional, and engaging customer representatives I have ever encountered. I didn't have all the information that was needed to keep my number and Dewayne went above and beyond his job to help me. Outstanding! !!.
