Great service! They took great care of us and our newborn puppy that sadly, had to be euthanized.Very professional and they show a great amount of care and compassion. They helped so much in many ways. I left feeling very sad but also relieved that my pup was now at peace and he got the best care possible at the end of his time.. I even got a card in the mail with my pups tiny paw prints I will forever be grateful for their care and will also go to them when needed for my older dog.Thank you Springhurst Animal Hospital❤️ you all are amazing!

love the doctors and staff at Springhurst Animal Hospital. You all love and take care of Greta so much even though this last Saturday 4/27 she looked at her surroundings in the car when we pulled up and realized where she was and she refused to get out of the car. 😂

Dr Lee has great bedside manner, better than most doctors I've been to! I like that he listened to my wishes in my pet's care instead of just telling me what to do. It also helps that he and the vet techs were so sweet and complimentary of my dog. She is stressed out enough at the vet so everyone being sweet to her helps. Also me receiving compliments on how good I am taking care of her is appreciated because I drive 30 min to have her be seen there so it's nice being acknowledged. You guys are great, thanks for helping me take care of my pets over the years!

I have been bringing my dogs to this clinic since summer of 2022 when we moved here. We love Dr. Ryckeley and her team! Everyone from the front desk staff to the techs have been so warm and welcoming. My Berner is always anxious when he goes to his appointments but he is always treated so well and with positive reinforcement by Dr. Ryckeley. She is caring towards my dogs, answers all my questions and is open to honest discussion for treatments if needed. Thank you for the wonderful care!

Everytime I visit SAH with my fur babies, ALL of the staff—from the front desk ladies to the vet techs to the Drs. are SO kind and loving—so much so that my dogs are never scared to go to the vet! Just the opposite, they can’t wait to go!

We just moved to the area and took our one older Brittany spaniel in for her annual checkup. The front office was exceptional as got me an appointment and time that worked out great. When I arrived everyone was so friendly and they took us right back. The vet and assistant came right end and did a through examination and gave me their recommendation for treatment. My first experience is fantastic and have no qualms about recommending their services. Top notch customer service. Highly recommend.

Thanks to the Springhurst animal hospital team for treating our dogs as part of their family.Called at last minute of the day after dog ripped out his nail. Literally the best vet experience we’ve ever had in our entire lives. We will only go here from now on. Our dog Freya was in a ton of pain from a urinary infection and needed an emergency surgery. The techs and doctors here throughly explained her diagnosis before and after the surgery. I’m normally really picky about details but I was blown away by the level of knowledge and professionalism given to us from Springhurst. They kept Freya for monitoring an additional day and even sent us videos of her stepping outside for some fresh air to ease our minds after the surgery! She’s back at home now full of energy like a brand new dog! We’re beyond impressed and satisfied! A big thank you to Dr Keehner and Ashley for everything you all have done for us the past couple days. You saved our dogs life and we’re forever thankful for that! You all are the best!

I have worked with many different vets on a personal and professional scale, Equine and small animal. My animals are my family and I trust them to her genuine love and care completely. This place is amazing, affordable, and top of the line! I had to come over an hour to find a vet that would see my ball python, Boop. They were amazing from the start. We got a next day appointment, the vet had the best personality ever and she was so sweet with my noodle boy. All the techs were coming in to swoon over how adorable my boy was, he got the spa treatment. Turns out he had burns on about 50% of his lower region from burrowing to his heat pad... doc immediately got to work on making him comfortable, he got a warm iodine bath, and then an iodine bath. She even had a ball python instruction booklet she made which I absolutely LOVE and have read 5x over by now. The book was Extremely informative and catered to multiple husbandry situations with snakes and human living.Unfortunately my baby is so severely burned we will be back every week for the foreseeable future, but if anyone's wondering on where to take their pet, I'll leave you with this last little tidbit of info to help you decide...She gave my 3 foot heaping snake a antibiotic shot where they had to poke him multiple times due to muscle placement and dehydration, and not one single time did my snake have to be restrained. Not one single time did he hiss, bite, or even have to have his head held. That's one gentle well trained doctor right there!!!!Can't wait to go back, the atmosphere here is amazing.

I got there a bit early for my appointment and was taken back immediately. The staff was great. I brought my bearded dragon in and they were very knowledgeable and encouraging in the care plan we set up for my dragon and also truthful about possible outcomes, which I truly appreciated. This vet is actually out of my way but I would definitely only take my dragon here from now on. I was really upset initially coming in because my dragon was really sick, but the vet was very cheerful and sweet and also humorous. She really brightened up the room and brought back in hope and positivity when I was feeling hopeless. Thank you.

The vet we saw freaked out after hearing that we use an auto feeder for the majority of our cats meals. I left feeling insulted and belittled after looking for answers. They also gave us medicine made for dogs to fix our cats infection with no mention of it being safe for cats on the label. They said it was fine and in the end it worked, but I'm not sure how I feel about going against a medicine label. The first time we went here for an annual checkup it was wonderful. It wasn't until there was an actual problem where the service became upsetting.

Springhurst Animal Hospital cares. They are also up to date on the latest treatment for your pet. My Ally has allergies and now she gets a shot that lasts for months. No more daily injections or pills, such a difference. Every person you come in contact with is pleasant. I've tried a few vets in Louisville. Spring Hurst Animal Hospital is far and beyond the best.
